Things I do when I feel exhausted #178

hello everyone it's good to be here again,thank you so much @ladiesofhive your questions are so amazing and educative,I will love to share my personal experiences and technique on what I do when I feel exhausted and how I regulate emotional, physical and mental strength.
As a woman and has a mom I multi task alot just to make sure that things are in good shape but it ends up depleting my energy and I feel exhausted.

Me encantaría compartir mis experiencias personales y mi técnica sobre lo que hago cuando me siento agotada y cómo regulo mis emociones, físicas y mentales. fortaleza. Como mujer y madre, hago muchas tareas solo para asegurarme de que todo esté en buenas condiciones, pero termina agotando mi energía y me siento agotada.


what I do emotionally is
physical activity. physical exercise helps in raising
endorphins and serotonin level.
I may not run or jog but I can do a 30minutes walk.
During the walking exercise my mind unconsciously is drawn to my environment which affect my feelings positively.

Lo que hago emocionalmente es actividad física. El ejercicio físico ayuda a elevar los niveles de endorfinas y serotonina. No puedo correr ni trotar, pero puedo caminar 30 minutos. Durante el ejercicio de caminar, mi mente inconscientemente se siente atraída por mi entorno, lo que afecta mis sentimientos positivamente.


I try to eliminate the stressor if it's something worth eliminating example insecurities,hurts and pains etc but if for instance some of my stressors ain't things or people I can just put off for example my kids I can't just eliminate them but I'll rather try to take my mind of them,during this period I go for a break I drop them off with my elder sister or my mum.

Intento eliminar el factor estresante si es algo que vale la pena eliminar, por ejemplo, inseguridades, heridas y dolores, etc., pero si, por ejemplo, algunos de mis factores estresantes no son cosas o personas que puedo posponer, por ejemplo, mis hijos, no puedo simplemente eliminarlos, pero Preferiré intentar olvidarlos, durante este período que tomo un descanso los dejo con mi hermana mayor o mi madre.


I do different things for hours my mind to be captivated.
example self love
I let go of the house chores and some responsibilities just to regain my strength.i do things outside the box just to calm my nerves,I like watching movies and drawing ,it.works alot for me or playing of games. To others it may be meditation or listening to music.

Hago diferentes cosas durante horas para cautivar mi mente. Por ejemplo, amor propio. Dejo de lado las tareas domésticas y algunas responsabilidades solo para recuperar fuerzas. Hago cosas fuera de lo común solo para calmar mis nervios, me gusta ver películas y dibujar, me funciona mucho o jugar. Para otros puede ser meditación o escuchar música.


Physically
In terms of physical exhaustion I rest, that's the paramount thing I let go of all physical activities. I bath, eat and sleep
there's no other technique I can use for a positive outcome except rest.
when am physically exhausted I lost appetite but I consciously try to eat before sleeping or resting because it enhances my quick recovery.

Físicamente En cuanto al agotamiento físico descanso, eso es lo primordial. Dejo de lado toda actividad física. Me baño, como y duermo; no hay otra técnica que pueda utilizar para obtener un resultado positivo excepto el descanso. Cuando estoy físicamente agotado pierdo el apetito pero intento conscientemente comer antes de dormir o descansar porque eso favorece mi rápida recuperación.


Mentally
I challenged negative thoughts about myself
I tried to remain positive though most times it hard.
I surround my self with positive people
and read alot of motivational books.
The book titled: The power of positive thinking has been a great help both when I was emotionally and mentally exhausted.
I intentionally begin to be grateful for my previous blessings.
I use words of affirmations
and most of all I create the consciousness that I will certainly be fine.

Mentalmente desafié los pensamientos negativos sobre mí mismo. Traté de mantener una actitud positiva, aunque la mayoría de las veces fue difícil. Me rodeo de gente positiva y leo muchos libros motivadores. El libro titulado: El poder del pensamiento positivo ha sido de gran ayuda tanto cuando estaba agotado emocional como mentalmente. Intencionalmente empiezo a estar agradecido por mis bendiciones anteriores. Utilizo palabras de afirmaciones y sobre todo creo la conciencia de que seguramente estaré bien
