Hello, Hivers!
It's Wednesday evening here... just in time for Wednesday Walk, a tag started by @tattoodjay some four years ago. Goodness gracious, time sure flies!
Canna lilies are prolific in these areas. Their leaves seem like banana leaves. They almost grow in the wild here.
In this flower patch, there are other flowers growing in between them. They look wild to me.
I don't know these flowers, so please don't ask me their names😍.
In case you are wondering, the Cana lilies are the orange flowers. But they also come in come in red, pink, yellow, and cream.
Flowers are pretty regardless of kind or variety!
Life is like a beautiful flower. Each day as unique. As each petal of each. The stem ever lengthening In a strenuous effort to reach the nurturing rays of the sun. The roots ever deepening To draw life from the earth. The swaying fields ever entrancing To the watchful eyes of youth. We don't celebrate this day as a country, however thankful every day just being here.
Flowers always bring cheerful smiles, hope it is not too cold to enjoy some outdoor celebration.
Do you have a counterpart celebration of some sort?
The weather was definitely colder.
I think that Autumn finally set it!!!
Not at this time of the year, September we celebrate Heritage day.
We bouncing around between hot and cooler spells going through with rain, thunder storms and when the sun comes out heat and humidity.... Enjoy the cooler weather, well I do!

The one flower that sort of looks like a hibiscus is a rose of sharon. I am almost positive, but, I couldn't see their leaves too well.
