Hive's Trading League by Leo & SanR: $300 USD in prizes!

A couple of weeks ago Leo announced a new partnership with SanR, a paper trading platform for those looking to get some experience in Trading Crypto in a fun and easy to use platform.

Enter the Leo Trading Club

We call it trading league because that's how we've been calling this for years on Hive, but in SanR, the leagues are called clubs.

Do you see the Epoch 35 above?

Well, each season is called an Epoch. These Epochs last 28 days - like the moon cycle, get it?

But before I keep going, join the LeoFinance Club!

You will have to login with a MetaMask wallet, and you have to use SanR's network to be able to play around with this simple and yet fun as hell Trading platform.

If you are not familiar with MetaMask, you can check out this video I made a year ago - it is still relevant, don't worry.

Now that you have your MetaMask set up, all you need to do is click on Join the club, approve a couple transactions on metamask and you are ready to start trading!

How to Trade in SanR?

Each Epoch has two stages:

• Opening signals - During the first 14 days of the epoch, you can open an close as many signals as you want.
• Closing signals - During the last 14 days of the epoch, you can only close signals.

But what are signals?

Opening a signal means you are buying a token.
Closing that signal means you are selling the token.

You don't need to specify how much you are buying, just that you are buying the token - simple is better, remember?

So, to open a signal you need to click on the Open Signal button at the top right of the platform, then you can get to trading:

1- Pick the token you want to buy.

2- Do you think the price of the token will go up or down?

3- You can set these to perform automatic actions for you:

• Take profit: If the price goes up, when do you want to automatically sell to take some profits home?
• Stop Loss: If the price goes down, when do you want to automatically sell to avoid losing more money?
  If you don't set these, you will have to close this signal manually.

4- Don't do leverage. People lose their houses when they do that. But if you want to, you can do 1x-10x leverage.

5- Trigger price is for advanced traders. This means that you can program a buy or sell signal when a token reaches certain price.

If you are a rookie, focus on the first three points here and you will be ok.

This Epoch has been ongoing for 7 days, so you still have 7 more days to open as many signals as you can!

Then, after that, the next 14 days you will only be able to close signals.

Once the first half of Epoch 35 (the current one) finishes, Epoch 36 will begin. You can open new signals for 36, and close the ones from 35 during these 14 days, and so on.

So at any given moment, you can open signals for the new Epoch, and close for the previous one.

It sounds complicated, but it isn't, and once you have participated in several Epochs you will see it is easy as hell.
