It is a blessing to live in the land of everlasting summer -- but when you see autumn, you shall see that it is a blessing for us that have to put up with winter!

I hope one day I can travel to the U.S.A. I hope that relations between the countries improve...
Wait until the present administration is out of office. Their hate for Latin Americans, and their desire to build a Anglo-Saxon empire that dominates Latin America under the Monroe Doctrine (our fifth president, James Monroe, told Europe it could no longer colonize the Americas because the U.S. had first rights!) is very real -- and your home country is particularly hated. Folks are being paid to (re)-enslave Latin Americans that they can catch here and send around the world, far enough from their homes that their relatives will never have the resources to help them. Most U.S. citizens do not feel this way, but the wrong ones are in power now. I would no more advise you to visit the U.S. now than I would have advised a Jew to visit Germany in 1935. Wait until we have been sufficiently HUMBLED -- and even then, focus on coastal states that have some Latin American background, and stay in the major coastal cities.
