I studied german in Uni, after my first year I realized my options would be to become a teacher or a translator. While teaching is nice I was just not looking forward to get back to school that fast. As a translator I kind of foresaw this coming and decided to do something else:
For what the real-time translation, sensational, I really need one of these haha, I would like to speak fluent English, but I have not invested in a course, so a fast and efficient translator like this would be of great help.
I remember one day when I said that one of my goals was to achieve a curation return of 2 HP per day (or something close to that), and I didn't even have time to celebrate, because I'm practically at the door (or more) of a return of 3 HP per day haha, that's incredible.

Exactly, I've been doing a lot of manual voting, especially in the snaps, but I try to distribute as many votes as possible to people. That's my phase now, sharing more votes among more people! :D
Killing it bro! I wanted to achieve between 2-3HP daily also and I was for a while back, now some days it drops below 2 quite often, but luck does factor into things too and optimial times to vote and what not 😅 trying to increase my stake faster for my curation returns!
I think it's been about 4 or 5 months since I commented on having a return of 2 hp a day, and now I'm even spending 3 hp a day on some days and maintaining an average of over 2, damn, that's a return that's going to make my account grow very quickly. ^^
Those are great returns! It does feel like it adds up so quickly when the weeks go by and your curations stay consistent, I've been missing some hours while sleeping here or there when no auto-votes going out 😂
I've been doing a lot of voting on snaps, I've set up an automatic trail, some votes 100% on my friends and I vote on snaps/comments at 20% and on normal posts at 30%, so a lot of votes are manual and it's helped a lot.
I only have a few automatic votes going out the rest is all manual, I try get off some snap voting daily also inbetween my browsing and engaging, not much voting round here but its to be expected with shorter form content!
Cool, I only have an automatic vote for who is closest to me and I only follow the HiveBR (hive brasil) trail to help my Brazilian friends.

This return will speed up the growth of our account too much, hell, if I get 2 hp a day, that's 60, if 3, that's 90 hp in a month, practically automatically because of the autovote and trails, insane!

This waterfall seems to be quite rough. I wonder what the water would be like when it falls.
It's not really a classic vertical drop waterfall, it is probably more of a long steep rapid. Hard to catch in a single image. Still impressive though (sound on).

DAPPs can do more to onboard users than some speculation on the base layer. Games like @splinterlands are one of the best ways to increase our userbase.
Userbase isnt the entire equation for me. We need actually value and revenue being bought back as well to Hive and not just extracted
It is easier to convert users into investors/customers than to convert non users. Think of LeoDEX for an example. Many of the users came from INLEO.
Yes but I am not saying that. I am saying that without LeoDex there was nothing that brought in revenue. Leo and Splinterlands is basically the only things I know on Hive that brings in revenue as well driving users.
There are few other less popular games. @wrestorgonline has been doing some good work bringing in outsider attention.

It was a tricky shot because you can see the street is sunny and overexposed with afternoon sun, but the plants have a nice cool colour thanks to the shade.
It's amazing to see such a view among the concrete. ^^

That you extract from Hive than you stake. If you have a ratio of 1 I think it means you staked all earnings, and less than 1 means you put more in.
I am not 100%, but think its close to this
True we do have a power down, but what the KE ratio doesn’t say is that we then give 75% of these HIVE away as rewards. Good answer!
People say extracting from Hive, but it's actually the Powered down Hive - Earned rewards for an account.
Powering down Hive, trading it for HBD and putting it into saving will also have a 'negative effect' on your KE number.
With my Topcomment project we also payout delegators.
No, KE is just a tool that doesnt say the entire truth.
