Winter and eggs!

in Ecency7 days ago

In the hot season, the quantity of eggs is very less and only in fast food, the use of eggs remains constant and in our area, people use very less eggs in the summer season.

During the winter season, the use of eggs increases. Most of the people use them in food and some people also like to eat boiled eggs because the density of boiled eggs is more than that of fried eggs, hence it is better to eat boiled eggs.

Today I bought some eggs, these are the eggs of chickens reared in the countryside which are brown in color whereas the eggs obtained from poultry farms are white in color.

According to the research, the eggs of the hens laid in the rural areas are a little more rich in nutrients, while the white eggs of the poultry farms also contain nutrients, but the feed used in the poultry farms is prepared and many types of chemicals are used, hence the chickens living in the villages eat anything packed with any chemical, hence the quality of their eggs is very good.

I live in the rural area, so I try to use these brown eggs because these hens use food items made without chemicals.

Due to the rich protein in eggs, they are used a lot and we should make sure to use boiled eggs in our breakfast because we need protein every day to perform daily activities and boiled eggs are the best way to get protein.

I just found out that egg consumption in winter can increase like that, and you are right that rural chicken eggs are richer in nutrients.
