This shows that you have selected Community tag but didn't add any other tags, could that be a reason?
After you add tag, you should Enter or add comma or space separator so tags are recognized and added into list. Do let us know if this happens next time you publish, we will make short video for you by illustrating how adding tag works.
No it is my first time to post the ecency website, so i am a little bit confused. I would highly appreciate if you send me thats short video ;)
