I just want to say that for me the links look unattractive, maybe more colorful, or with some people in the background, etc...
there should be something like that - I just use few elements from the Ecency start page, to show what I mean,
I'm not a designer nor SEO specialist, I didn't mean anything bad, that's just my subjective view. Of course ... maybe I'm wrong ... but it still doesn't look to me like I really want to invite someone into my company ...
