I recently watch the Netflix movie called The Electrical Life of Louis Wain, about a nineteenth/early twentieth century painter who I had never heard of. He was quite an interesting and eccentric man who mainly painted cats, at least towards the end of his life. It is said that his anthropromorphic cat paintings helped to popularise them as pets rather than them just being kept for pest control.
Towards the end of his life , many of his paintings took on a psychedelic nature, long before the explosion of psychedelia in the 1960s.
I thought I'd see if I could create some pictures in his style using Nightcafe. These first three were created using the prompt "under the sea Louis Wain" And have taken on the psychedelic nature of his later paintings.
The final two are more in the style of his early work when he created more anthropomorphic cat pictures. The next one I've called The Poker Game.

I have had a bit of fun seeing what Nightcafe AI does with prompts using Louis Wain in them. I hope you enjoy the results even if they took none of the skill and talent of the real Louis Wain.
