Hello Hive - A delayed Introduction Post

I almost didn’t make an introductory post. Although, it was the first post that I wanted to publish, it was out of my mind completely. Until, I had a comment from @fionasfavourites from the @ocd (Original Content Decentralized) curation team. So here is a quick and short intro.

I was introduced to Hive by @eyewaa. Thank you.

I am an at home chef apart from the very many other hats that I put on in a day. I do enjoy cooking. @kaycooks is a journal of sorts of what I cook in a day, not necessarily everything I cook in the day but one meal at least.

I am an Indian and I cook Indian cuisine on most days. I am also an experimental cook, I am an avid meal prepper and what gives me joy is to have a freezer full of prepped meals, and also that nothing goes to waste.

Produce that does not go into my cooking process goes to my compost pot that sits in my balcony.

Prepping meals to me is therapeutic and on days I don’t have to energy to cook, I can pull out a meal and have dinner on the table.

As much as I would like to have all the fancy gadgets in the kitchen, I prefer very much to work in a minimalistic kitchen. My motto in the kitchen is if one appliance can do it all, then why get one more to do only one of specific thing.

So, hope you enjoy what I write Hive. Thank you for reading.
