Freebies are not good for the society. Instead government should encourage people to earn more and introduce programs which incentivise the public.
Second and important point such promises should be of least priority. I am seeing that this freebies scheme are eating away the funds reserved for other purposes and just to get that extra money the govt is putting the pressure back onthe general public. Via charging for water bill, EB bill, Taxes and all.

That what I meant....instead of free money, the government should encourage employment generation through plant or factory set up. Calculating 1000 per wom3n, it will go in billions. Why not to make people earn.

AC luxury nahi necessity ho gaya hain bhai yahan. May - Jun ka bill 4.8K tha. Aur abhi arrears ye woo bol kr 10k kar diya. Bhai AC mera 10-12 k tha second hand.
