You are right to recreate your professionalism, you need to stay up to date and always progress; I still believe that you are a bit severe towards you, I am convinced that you have great artistic skills and that you can be counted among the visionaries... never underestimate yourself!
It's nice how you talk about your company, it makes me think that there is still hope elsewhere.
There are a few companies out there that I know of that are decent, but not many are able to get it right across the entire spectrum, as the model of business itself and the competition required to support them, isn't conducive.
