J-Ryze Yelled At Me About My Body - Law Of Attraction

in Beauty & Brains2 years ago

While we were filming weight loss questions, I broke down and asked @ryzeonline...

"How can I feel better about my body?"

and he gives me the harsh truth that I needed to hear and so do you.

Jay is super passionate and sometimes yells but it's really because he cares.

You can see what he says to me to help me feel better about my body and myself. This is super helpful for anyone who has ever felt bad about their body and just wanted to feel better and change their appearance.

Most LOA gurus who teach body transformation are women.

But most plastic surgeons are men. So are most beauty photographers. This is because men actually understand the nuances of beauty more than women realize.

J-Ryze has studied women most of his life, and he understands women more than any man I've ever met.

He's also studied Law Of Attraction deeper than most. He understands what it's like to fail at life (he was homeless for 2+ years) and used the law of attraction to pull himself out of homelessness and build his business. Jay has helped every woman he's ever been close with, to transform their body, beauty, love, and sex life in some way. Plus, during his multi-year close collaboration with Evan Carmichael, Jay was using LOA techniques too.

J-Ryze is an EPIC teacher who offers instant momentum for everything you wish to transform.

He is the clearest, kindest, most loving teacher I know. He explains the law of attraction clearer than even Abraham Hicks.

I just read “David Goggins” book “can’t hurt me” can you comment on your thoughts and his story, they seem similar to me.

Great book! I have it too. David Goggins is all about hustle and hard work. @ryzeonline and I are more of the 'do what you love', and 'do whatever feels right for you', and 'do what makes you happy' camp. However, Jay does it with a dash of tough love too. But for me personally, it's what has helped me transform my life. This world feeds enough candy-coated lies to people for most of our lives. Our parents, teachers, media, friends etc... tell us what we want to hear. There are too few people in the world telling us the TRUTH. And sometimes it needs to be harsh.

Goggins is a fan of the harsh truth. We are too and we give it to others but I do so with a spoonful of sugar instead of dirt like Goggins does. I love his story but I'm not about running in a race while my feet are bleeding just to be better. I am however on board with being told off when I need it. AND I'm a fan of his cookie jar exercise. I'm sure you know it if you read his book. It's helped me when I was feeling like shit about myself in the past. But I find affirmations, meditations, and dance work well too.

What did you think of the booK?

Its interesting to read his story, it almost seems like he is on a mission to destroy himself. I too don’t agree with the harshness of a message. positive reinforcement works best, and one volunteer is better than ten pressed men.

He had me at “no one is coming to save you, you have to do it yourself” that’s my cookie jar event that I keep pulling from.

Also identify and work on your weaknesses is a good tip.

Yes I do love that..."no one is coming to save you". I've used this MANY times for myself and my clients too. I was waiting for years for someone to save me from my shit life but no one did. I had to go out and do it myself. But this quote resonates with me too.
and yay! Keep pulling your cookie jar events when you need them.

eh I don't agree with working on your weaknesses UNLESS you want to do something and your weakness is in the way. THEN work on it and get better at it. But otherwise, I believe we should focus on what we're good at, and be a master at it.

#keepRyzing ❤️❤️❤️

P.S.S... Tagging some people I think might enjoy this @brittandjosie, @nioberojas, @iskafan, @wil.metcalfe, @joerhino, @justlemon, @callmeenjoy, @miriannalis, & @aguilaazul7777 ❤️❤️❤️

lol! ❤️❤️❤️

Show me. Interesting.

Thanks. Glad you think so. ❤️❤️❤️

What happens after the free week in the group?

You decide. If you want to stay you can (you can read more here https://jryze.me ) and if you cannot stay then it's all good and we wish you lots of love. But in the week, it'd be wise to ask as many questions as possible and get access to all of our content for our paid members. Last week's live broadcast alone was worth it. @ryzeonline went in-depth about lying to ourselves and more. It was so good. We welcome all questions and are happy to help as much as possible.

Much love,
Cyn
