My office is located nearby to Kuala Lumpur's federal mosque or in the local tongue; Masjid Wilayah Persekutuan. The mosque was opened in the year 2000. Meaning, it has been operating for the past 24 years.
Before I joined my current company, I had never set foot inside this magnificent mosque. However, after joining my current employment, I will go to the mosque every Friday for the Friday prayer.
The Friday prayer typically starts at 1 pm. But I come to the mosque 30 minutes earlier for the sole reason of getting better seating inside the mosque.
