In this post-equinox garden update a lot is still happening in the garden. I suspect I'm growing enough food to feed several people through the coming winter.

I found something like amaranth called pigweed here but I didn't try to eat it. The seeds were just starting to ripen and I asked a guy what it was. He said he's eaten the young leaves but not the seeds.
It was nothing like yours in terms of production though.
