The adult Spider Venus Fly Trap

  • These plants need to be in moss, not regular soil.
  • They need distilled water or rain water only.
  • They should be kept outside year around but not below freezing.
  • They will trap their own food, no need to help them

The cover photo shows the trap openingafter having digested the prey.

When other bugs see dead thing, they tend to land and see if there is anything left to eat. Then they become the food!
