So we made it back to our favorite park and today we wanted to finish the trail we took the first time, but had to stop at the creek because we run out of time. So today, we will see where this trail takes us and where it ends.
So come and join us for an adventure.

First we start with walking down the cool wooden stairs all the way to the creek, which we love and where Jordan does his mountain water grounding.

There are few cute benches like this where you can just sit in the midst of this amazing nature and listen to all the birds singing.

We finally got to the creek, which took us about 15 minutes. It's not very far, which is great because Jordan can do his grounding in this creek as much as he needs to so that he can have an ice bath for his feet after a hard soccer training or game.

We wish this creek was a bit deeper or more water so that Jordan can have a real natural ice bath or at least to soak the whole lower body.

Jordan decided to ground in the creek before we keep on walking the trail.

Now we are back on the trail and Jordan wanted to try walking it bare feet since the trail seemed pretty decent and pretty soft with not many rocks or gravel. I was also tempted to go bare feet, but I wasn't sure how the rest of the trail was.

We found these gorgeous plants with this huge leaves. I am not sure what the name is for these, but they are so beautiful.

The trail got to hard for Jordan to continue walking bare feet, since there were way to many rock and gravel, so we had to come back to the creek to wash his feet and put his shoes back on and then we went back on the trail.

Now we started to hike up, up this steep trail, which I was a bit afraid because my shoes are so flat and so slippery and walking back down this trail made me scared a bit, but we kept on hiking and glad we did, because it was so beautiful.

Right on the top, we stopped and enjoyed the gorgeous green nature.

When we finally got to the end of the trail, which led us to one of the neighborhoods, which we had no idea where we were, we decided to go back.

Once we got back to the creek, we found a little deeper sport where we thought Jordan could soak his whole lower body, but the water did not cover all of it, but it still was good.

And at the end we had to hike up 160 stairs, which I was counting one by one just to see how many steps there is.

Hope you enjoyed our awesome trip in nature and wish you all a wonderful weekend,
