Nature is not only beautiful but it also takes care of us. Nature is necessary in order for us to survive. It provides food, water, medicine and it is healing and peaceful.
I have some aloe veras plants growing in our backyard and I use it almost daily on my face and once or twice per week, on my hair.
I also add the aloe vera jell in our juice, once in a while, but today, I want to share about the benefits of aloe vera for your hair.
I would cut one of the big aloe vera leaves and wash it.
I would start by cutting the aloe vera into bigger pices. Then I would stsrt slicing the aloe vera into thin slices which I would apply the jell on my hair and scalp. I would repeat this, till my hair and scalp are all wet. I would massage the jell into my scalp.
I would put my hair in a pony tail to keep my hair moisturized for at least an hour.
I would also apply aloe vera on my face at the same time.

Aloe vera also has incredible health benefits when taken internaly like; lowers blood sugar level, reduces constipation, treats mouth ulcers, aids in reflux deisease (GERD), helps to detox your body etc.
Now, I just need to transplant some of my baby aloe veras since I have so many of it and I want to keep on growing more of it because of the amazing health benefits, plus it looks so pretty.

A wonderfully medicinal plant. It's pulled my pale skinned self through a couple of potential sensitive sun burns.
That's awesome. We have also used it on our sun burns. It's a perfect medicinal plant and that's why, I want to plant more of it.
Are you planning on turning the production of Aloe Vera into a cottage industry? Perhaps through added values like creams and lotion production?

Too many benefits in Aloe Viera. Even i use the juice to rinse my hair after applying for a whike in my head . Too good.
