Hello my dear friends!
Despite the war, the pace of my life does not slow down. I would even say it's the other way around. New problems and new concerns appeared. Unfortunately, I didn't have any more time. My day still has 24 hours. Therefore, I have to sacrifice something. As a result, my garden has a somewhat neglected look. But it still holds on and tries to cope with problems without my help!
My daylilies are the first line of defense in the garden. I have repeatedly said that I recommend these flowers to those who do not want or cannot devote much time to caring for a flower garden. Daylilies take root easily and then they will live their own lives almost without requiring your attention and delighting you with bright colors. There are a huge number of types of daylilies and you can create a beautiful and diverse blooming garden without any extra effort.
The second place is confidently held by my lilies. Including giant lilies. In the photo below, I specifically put the lens cap on the flower. You can also see the height of the plants compared to my bus.
As for lilies, one must understand that their stems are much more fragile than the stems of daylilies. Therefore, if you have dogs, then you will have to think about having your lilies live behind a hedge.
In addition, unlike daylilies, lilies often have a strong scent. You should be aware of this if you are allergic to odors. Luckily I don't have this problem and can enjoy this floral orchestra of scents.
Another mandatory component of my garden compositions is green plants. Wormwood, geheira, hostas complete the flower beds. They are also hardy perennials and I recommend them for your garden too.
My fruit trees also continue to please me. Apples and pears are provided for me and my animals!
Our land is very generous. I am grateful to our soldiers that they freed us from the occupation by the Russian fascists and we can enjoy life in the summer. I believe that very soon peace will come to our land and my whole country will be free from enemies.
