Primary forest Phuoc Buu- Xuyen Moc, green lungs - The way I charge myself positive energy

Hello friends! How is your work today? Are you busy today?

Sometimes I have low energy due to stressful working days and for me, the best remedy for healing is in nature. Have you ever had the same problem as me? And what have you done to relieve stress and pressure from work? And this trip was a trip that was not in my family's plans. But it gives me an indescribable wonderful feeling.

Instead of that morning, I will go to register to play badminton. After I changed into my sportswear, my husband told me that I felt we needed something more groundbreaking and new. And so I had an idea in my mind that I need to charge up positive energy for myself and the fastest way to recharge is to immerse myself in nature. I and my husband and I quickly got some clothes for our children and a few small gadgets speedily and we started our motorbike tour, the destination is Binh Chau- Xuyen Moc. This is a beautiful place and still unspoiled.

It's also the place I've been wanting to go to since many months ago. We started our 2 days 1 night journey by motorbike, without planning on destinations, but just passing by, if we were interested, we would stop by. And in total, in 2 days and 1 night, we visited quite a few famous places along the way.

Binh Chau - Xuyen Moc is a famous place but still very wild and deserted. Along the way are forests and sand dunes, sometimes the sea will lie on the right. We really enjoyed the fresh, airy atmosphere of the trip. Binh Chau- Xuyen Moc has a very large forest, and some wild animals still live there. Walking along the highway is the big forest to our left, to be honest, I was surprised by the emptiness here and the very fresh air. The forest here is said to be the green lung of the whole province of Ba Ria - Vung Tau - Vietnam.

Along the way to the end, it becomes deserted and there are red signs warning of dangers such as; theft, breaking car windows,... Made me very scared, because we also took the children with us, so it was almost evening we had a feeling of insecurity and we decided to turn around. in a densely populated area and stayed there for 1 night. The next morning will explore further. Honestly, no matter what trip you go on, for deserted places, it's best to return to a densely populated area before sunset, that's my advice and experience. given safety.

And before dark, we made it to the hotel safely. A fun ride is a safe ride.

We were really fully charged with positive energy by this trip. Although it was short, it was wonderful, satisfying my curiosity about the new place my lungs were filled with fresh air, and my eyes were relaxed with the green of the forest, mountains, and sea. My ears hear the happy sounds of life. Really amazing. Nature is always the most precious gift and your own health is an equally precious gift. I once heard the saying "Free things are the most expensive", and in my opinion that is your health and nature. How about you? What do you think about all that?
