[ESP-ENG] Mi tapa boca hive. | My hive mouth cover.

Hello my beautiful people of hive, I am a new member of this community, today I had to grab the thread and needle to participate in the OCD Community Boost Contest No. 7: Highlighting NeedleWorkMonday, organized by @ocd, in order to support different communities that make life in La Colmena, here I leave post of the [contest](https://hive. blog/hive-174578/@ocd/ocd-community-boost-contest-7-highlighting-needleworkmonday) . Since I was a little girl I loved to sew because I always made my dolls dresses and this contest helped me to create something simple that we can each make at home and it is a tapa boca hive. Since we know that we are in the middle of a pandemic and we need to protect ourselves and without further ado let's start explaining the step by step.

Materiales:

• Tela.
• Aguja.
• Hilo blanco.
• tijeras.
• Regla o cinta métrica.
• Marcadores o pintura.

Materials:

• Fabric.
• Needle.
• White thread.
• Scissors.
• Ruler or tape measure.
• markers or paint.

Steps to make this incredible mouth cover

1- Se dibuja la forma que quieras tu tapa bocas en la tela.

1- Draw the shape you want your mouth cover on the fabric.

2- Ahora procedemos a picar la tela.

2- Now we proceed to chop the fabric.

3- Luego después que picamos tenemos que tener en cuenta en volver a picar otro pedazo igual.

3- After chopping, we must keep in mind to chop again another piece of the same size.

4- En este siguiente paso vamos a coser por toda la orilla uniendo estas dos piezas.

4- In this next step we are going to sew all around the edge joining these two pieces.

5- Luego comenzamos a pintar con marcador o lo pueden hacer con pintura de tela a su gusto.

5- Then we start painting with marker or you can do it with fabric paint as you like.

6- Y por ultimo comenzamos a coser las partes de los lados y se le pone una elástica.

6- And finally we start to sew the side parts and put an elastic.
