A few weeks ago, in this post, I told you that a lady friend from the library asked me to crochet her an amigurumi that she had bought in a kit that comes with everything you need to crochet a dinosaur. I said yes, gladly. So, for the past two weeks, I've been crocheting and joining pieces together, little by little, until I finally finished it yesterday.🦖✨
To be honest, it wasn't easy. The pattern was a little confusing, and I didn't really like the yarn that came with the kit; it looked like worsted yarn and tangled easily. But I kept crocheting patiently, paying attention to the details, because I knew how excited the lady was to give that dinosaur to her grandson.💚

Hace unas semanas, en esta publicación, les conté que una señora amiga de la biblioteca me pidió que le tejiera un amigurumi que había comprado en un kit que trae todo lo necesario para tejer un dinosaurio. Le dije que sí, encantada. Así que durante estas dos semanas estuve tejiendo y uniendo piezas, poco a poco, hasta que por fin ayer lo terminé.🦖✨
La verdad, no me resultó fácil. El patrón era un poco confuso y el hilo que traía el kit no me gustó mucho, parecía estambre y se enredaba con facilidad. Pero seguí tejiendo con paciencia, cuidando los detalles, porque sabía la ilusión que tenía la señora de regalarle ese dinosaurio a su nieto.💚

Today I took it to her, and seeing her so excited filled me with joy. She took it in her hands, looked at it with a huge smile, and thanked me several times. It's these simple things that motivate me to keep knitting and sharing what I learned a long time ago, thanks to my mom.✨
Now I'm thinking about buying one of those kits for myself. I'm not quite sure yet, maybe I'll try again, but choosing a different model or changing the type of yarn. The truth is that this experience left me with the satisfaction of having accomplished something and shared a little bit of joy through a small green dinosaur that now has a new owner.🦕💚
Hoy se lo llevé, y verla tan emocionada me llenó de alegría. Lo tomó entre sus manos, lo miró con una sonrisa enorme y me agradeció varias veces. Esas cosas tan sencillas son las que más me motivan a seguir tejiendo y compartiendo lo que he aprendí hace tiempo, gracias a mi mamá.✨
Ahora estoy pensando si animarme a comprar uno de esos kits para mí. No estoy muy segura todavía, tal vez lo intente otra vez, pero eligiendo un modelo distinto o cambiando el tipo de hilo. Lo cierto es que esta experiencia me dejó con la satisfacción de haber cumplido y de haber compartido un poquito de alegría a través de un pequeño dinosaurio verde que ya tiene nuevo dueño.🦕💚

That crocheted dinosaur looks cute @aurodivys. Maybe you can try changing the quality of yarn so you can work smoothly and happily. That might be a tough work but still you nailed it. Creativity lurks in your hands. I always adore people who do crochet because I, myself, cannot fathom how you do it. I like patterns but I dont know how to do patterns. LOL. Your customer is happy for sure as well as her grandson. Perfect creation. Crochet❤️

Sí, amiga, aquí venden esos kits que traen todo para tejer estos amigurumis. Hay de diferentes modelos y quedan lindos Te mando un abrazo.
¡Que emocionante!. En esos kits viene todo lo necesario para hacer el muñeco. Así como dices, cosas sencillas como ver a la señito con su Dino...no tiene precio.
