Greetings and blessings, needle friends. I hope you are doing well with health and wellness.
A new week begins and with it, another Monday of needlework that I enjoy so much. Today I want to share with you some of the new knitted collar designs that I have been preparing with much love. One of the models that I liked the most recently was mine, a yellow collar that attracted so much attention that I was asked to knit one just like it, but in a girl's size.
I also knitted three more collars: one for men in a nice combination of gray and red, colors that always look good together, and two more for women in these tones. This time I decided to use a slightly thicker yarn, which makes them warmer and also gives them a nice firmness that you can feel as soon as you hold them in your hands.

Comienza una nueva semana y con ella, otro lunes de agujas que tanto disfruto. Hoy quiero compartirles algunos de los nuevos diseños de cuellos tejidos que estuve preparando con mucho cariño. Uno de los modelos que más gustó recientemente fue el mío, un cuello amarillo que llamó tanto la atención que me encargaron uno igualito, pero en talla para niña.
Además, tejí tres cuellos más: uno para caballero en una linda combinación de gris y rojo, colores que siempre lucen bien juntos, y dos más para damas en estos tonos. Esta vez decidí usar un hilado un poco más grueso, lo que los hace más abrigadores y, también, les da una firmeza muy bonita que se nota apenas los tienes en las manos.

I confess that I am very excited to knit to order. As I knit each stitch, I think of the person who will receive it, of the coat and the affection that will come with this handmade garment. I knit them with great dedication, making sure that each one is perfect. I also like to take care of the presentation, when I finish, I keep them in a transparent bag, I put their label and, as a final touch, I knit them a little heart that I hang on the label. That heart carries a little piece of my enthusiasm and my gratitude for the confidence to buy my designs.
Seeing these little necks go to new homes is one of the most beautiful parts of this job that fills me so much. Thanks to you, my needle friends, for accompanying me on this journey of yarns, colors and details. I already have new ideas in mind for the next needlework Mondays.
Confieso que me emociona mucho tejer por encargo. Mientras voy dando cada puntada, pienso en la persona que lo va a recibir, en el abrigo y el cariño que le llegará con esa prenda hecha a mano. Los tejo con mucha dedicación, procurando que cada uno quede perfecto. Me gusta cuidar también la presentación, cuando termino, los guardo en una bolsita transparente, les pongo su etiqueta y, como toque final, les tejo un pequeño corazón que cuelgo en la etiqueta. Ese corazón lleva un pedacito de mi entusiasmo y de mi agradecimiento por la confianza para comprar mis diseños.
Ver cómo estos cuellitos se van a nuevos hogares es una de las partes más bonitas de este trabajo que tanto me llena. Gracias a ustedes, mis amigas de las agujas, por acompañarme en este camino de hilos, colores y detalles. Ya tengo nuevas ideas en mente para los próximos lunes de agujas.
