¡Buen día maravillosa comunidad! Hermoso día para todos, espero que estén bien en ésta semana, y ya últimos días del mes.😖

En ésta semana las tormentas eléctricas iluminan las noches y alborotan los nervios, hay que tener cuidado y llegar temprano a casa.

Hoy hice éste alfiletero en casa, armé éste diseño en especial porque tiene doble utilidad para varias cosas, no solo puede ser alfiletero y depósito al mismo tiempo para botones o pedrería.
También pueden utilizarse para guardar los accesorios para el cabello, pulseras, ganchos, etc.

Para poder realizarlo debemos tener un frasco con tapa de cualquier tamaño, y silicón. Me gusta más el silicón caliente por lo rápido que es al enfriarse.

This week thunderstorms light up the nights and ruffle the nerves, you have to be careful and get home early.

Today I made this pincushion at home, I assembled this design especially because it has double utility for several things, not only can be pincushion and storage at the same time for buttons or rhinestones.
It can also be used for storing hair accessories, bracelets, hooks, etc.

To be able to make it we must have a jar with a lid of any size, and silicone. I like hot silicone best because of how fast it cools down.

🌻 Materiales:

• Tela de algodón color rosa pálido.

• Tela de encaje blanco.

• Tela de malla blanca.

• Algodón para rellenar.

• Cartón.

• Silicón.

• Envase con su tapa.

• Pedrería.

• Lápiz, tijeras, hilo y agujas.

• Pale pink cotton fabric.

• White lace fabric.

• White mesh fabric.

• Cotton for stuffing.

• Cardboard.

• Silicone.

• Container with lid.

• Rhinestones.

• Pencil, scissors, thread and needles.

El cartón lo vamos a utilizar para sacar la forma circular de la tapa de nuestro envase y lo vamos a guardar.
El tamaño del círculo que se usará para recortar la tela será 2cm más grande que el tamaño de la tapa del envase.

We are going to use the cardboard to cut out the circular shape of the lid of our container and we are going to keep it.
The size of the circle that will be used to cut out the fabric will be 2cm larger than the size of the lid of the container.

Seleccioné dos piezas de tela porque quería utilizar encaje para este accesorio. Por lo tanto recorté dos círculos de tela, irán uno encima del otro.

I selected two pieces of fabric because I wanted to use lace for this accessory. Therefore I cut out two circles of fabric, they will go on top of each other.

Fijaré las dos telas juntas con una costura sencilla, de las que se ajustan cuando se jala el hilo. Coseré alrededor de todo el círculo.

I'll pin the two fabrics together with a simple stitch, the kind that snaps when you pull the thread. I will sew around the entire circle.

A medida que se cierra el círculo, se debe rellenar con abundante algodón. Para que la almohadilla quede del tamaño de la tapa del frasco, después de agregar el algodón, se coloca el cartón recortado anteriormente.
Luego se cierra por completo la almohada.☑️

As the circle is closed, it should be filled with plenty of absorbent cotton. To make the pillow the size of the jar lid, after adding the absorbent cotton, place the cardboard cut out earlier.
Then the pillow is completely closed.☑️

Al terminar de coser la almohadilla, se pega a la tapa del frasco, ésta tapa es de un material metálico que se calentó bastante cuando le agregué el silicón.
Mientras se enfriaba, hice unos pliegues en una tela de malla blanca.

When I finished sewing the pad, I glued it to the lid of the jar, this lid is made of a metallic material that got pretty hot when I added the silicone.
While it cooled, I made some pleats in a white mesh fabric.

La tela de malla la cosí alrededor de la almohadilla como la falda de un pequeño vestido.

The mesh fabric I sewed around the pad like the skirt of a little dress.

Por último decoré con pedrería la tela, utilicé un envase pequeño para guardar botones y más pedrería. Pero se puede hacer el mismo paso a paso con envases de tamaños diferentes, y decorarlo al gusto.

Finally I decorated the fabric with rhinestones, I used a small container to store buttons and more rhinestones. But you can do the same step by step with containers of different sizes, and decorate it as you like.
