Ella siempre nos hacia contar esos pequeños detalles que parecen no tener importancia pero son los que realmente dieron vida a lo que haces.
Behind every knitting we always get a story to tell and I learned that many years ago from our dear friend and leader of our community @crosheille. She always made us tell those little details that seem unimportant but are the ones that really gave life to what you do.
Detrás de cada proyecto hay un pensamiento, una idea bonita, pensada con amor. Poco a poco vas dándole forma y va haciéndose realidad.
Tal vez ese tejido o ese bordado lo decidiste en medio de la noche, mientras te desvelabas pensando en que proyecto ibas a realizar mañana. O tal vez fue cuando fuiste al centro comercial y viste algo en la vitrina o en un restaurante y dijiste ¡eso lo puedo hacer yo!
Behind every project there is a thought, a beautiful idea, thought with love. Little by little you give it shape and it becomes a reality.
Maybe you decided that knitting or embroidery in the middle of the night, while you were awake thinking about what project you were going to do tomorrow. Or maybe it was when you went to the mall and saw something in the window or in a restaurant and said, "I can do that!
Así comienzan todas las ideas, por los ojos, luego pasan a tus manos y es donde la magia empieza actuar.

That's how all ideas start, through your eyes, then they go to your hands and that's where the magic starts to work.

Recuerdo la primera vez que nos enseñó lo que era un #WIP, trabajo en proceso, eso era algo inimaginable para mi, hacer una publicación sin terminar no era algo que mi mente pudiera entender, pero cuando nos puso el reto lo explico tan bien que desde entonces entendí que si hay mas formas de escribir y detallar el nacimiento y posterior final de una manualidad.
I remember the first time she taught us what a #WIP was, work in progress, that was something unimaginable for me, making an unfinished publication was not something that my mind could understand, but when she gave us the challenge she explained it so well that since then I understood that there are more ways to write and detail the birth and later end of a craft.
Por eso es que mi corazón se siente agradecido con esa mujer de piel morena que un día me invitó a ser parte de esta comunidad, porque desde entonces entre en una escuela que me ayudo a mejorar no solo en Needleworkmonday sino en todo el universo Hive.
That is why my heart feels grateful to that brown-skinned woman who one day invited me to be part of this community, because since then I entered a school that helped me to improve not only in Needleworkmonday but in the whole Hive universe.
Ya ha hace mas de un año que nos dijo hasta luego y yo espero el día en que pueda regresar.

Y bien amigos, no puedo despedirme sin antes mostrarles y contarles un poco de este lindo sueter tejido en la técnica de crochet. Es un sueter que puede ser tejido tanto para hembras como para varones. Se puede hacer con hilo de algodón, mercerizado o simplemente lana.
Como este sueter va para tierra fria he decidido hacerlo con lana, asi que como ven hasta el clima nos ayuda a tomar deciciones cuando elaboramos un proyecto, como les decia al princicpio de esta historia.

Well friends, I can't say goodbye without showing you and telling you a little bit about this nice sweater knitted in the crochet technique. It is a sweater that can be knitted for both girls and boys. It can be made with cotton yarn, mercerized yarn or simply wool.
As this sweater is for cold land I have decided to make it with wool, so as you can see even the weather helps us to make decisions when we elaborate a project, as I said at the beginning of this story.
