Needleworkmonday:Making a beanie for the first time ever.

Hello everyone!
Hope you all are doing great and enjoying good mental health.Today i am back with my new and most awaited project which is a beanie that i crocheted for the first time and for the special person in my life my brother.
Crocheting this first beanie is so special to me.From the time i started this project i was overjoyed.With every stitch,i felt a sense of accomplishment and it wasn’t just about making a hat; it was about proving to myself that I could learn something new and create something beautiful.

I first started crochet out of curiosity and wanted to learn basic stitches but even that time my main goal was making cute aesthetic winter stuff for myself.I have also mentioned this thing in my posts that how badly i want to make with winter stuff for me and now seeing the progress i am so overwhelmed you guys.
And the most exciting part is the two orders i got from my cousin after showing her my work.At first i was not sure about taking the order but then i remembered i have a sister how can help me with my projects so i accepted the offer immediately.
So let me tell you the process that i followed and completed the project. I took me a week to complete because i was so busy and also my holidays came so i traveled to my home and completed the beanie here.
I used the hdc stitch in this whole beanie.The thing that changes is the row and chain number which depends upon the age of the person for whom your making the beanie.I chained 55 and then did hdc in the back loop of the chain and repeated the same pattern till i reached the end.

And then after making the base i attached both sides by doing sc and then i did the stitch on top of beanie to make the chunky look and then added the pom pom on top.

And its done.

And in the last picture you can see how my brother is annoyed with me.Actually he was playing with my cousins and i was calling him again and again and he was so offended at this point.😅😅
So that's the whole process and the back stories of my project.Now i am focusing on acing this skill and then i will move to sweaters.
