Saludos querida comunidad, este es el tercer diseño de colgante de gorro navideño para el árbol de navidad que comparto con ustedes, aunque cuando hice el primero tenía la idea de hacer más, se me hizo bastante difícil encontrar los pompones así que no había tomado en cuenta esta variable, pero si tienen algún inconveniente como este yo creo que también se podrían hacer con un pompón hecho de estambre o del mismo hilo para tejer , por ahora les comparto uno con diseño de reno y espero a ustedes les guste 😊

Greetings dear community, this is the third Christmas hat ornament design I'm sharing with you. Although I planned to make more when I made the first one, I found it quite difficult to find pom-poms, so I hadn't considered that option. But if you have a similar problem, I think you could also make them with a pom-pom made of yarn or the same knitting thread. For now, I'm sharing one with a reindeer design, and I hope you like it! 😊

Materiales / Material

• Hilo acrílico: verde, negro, blanco, rojo, marrón oscuro, marrón claro, beige oscuro, beige claro.
• Dos agujas para tejer de 2 mm
• Una aguja lanera
• Tijera
• Pompón de tela de peluche
• Hilo y aguja de coser
• Una cuenta
• Patrón

• Acrylic yarn: green, black, white, red, dark brown, light brown, dark beige, light beige
• Two 2 mm knitting needles
• One tapestry needle
• Scissors
• Plush fabric pom-pom
• Sewing needle and thread
• One bead
• Pattern

Proceso / Process

Lo primero que hice fue hacer el diseño en la aplicación Pixel Station, cada cuadro corresponde a una puntada, como la técnica que utilizo para hacer el dibujo es el punto duplicado, se hace primero el gorro y luego se bordará sobre este las puntadas de los colores correspondientes siguiendo el patrón.

The first thing I did was create the design in the Pixel Station application. Each square corresponds to a stitch. Since the technique I use to create the drawing is the duplicate stitch, the hat is made first, and then the stitches of the corresponding colors are embroidered on top of it, following the pattern.

Con el hilo verde montar 36 puntos en la aguja más 2 puntos de orillo, es decir que en total son 38, para tejer los puntos de orillo se pasa el primer punto a la aguja sin tejer y el ultimo punto siempre se teje con punto derecho. Hacer 4 vueltas en punto derecho, luego hacer 24 vueltas en punto jersey, es decir, en las hileras de frente se hacen todos los puntos al derecho y en las hileras de atrás se hacen todos los puntos al revés. Luego hacer 6 disminuciones por 5 hileras para que queden solo 6 puntos en las agujas más los 2 puntos, con la aguja lanera tomar el mismo hilo y cerrar los puntos de manera circular y fruncir.

With the green yarn, cast on 36 stitches plus 2 edge stitches, for a total of 38. To work the edge stitches, slip the first stitch onto the needle and knit the last stitch. Knit 4 rows, then knit 24 rows in stockinette stitch (knit all stitches on the right-side rows and purl all stitches on the back-side rows). Decrease 6 stitches every 5 rows so that only 6 stitches remain on the needles plus the 2 edge stitches. Using a tapestry needle, pick up the same yarn and bind off the stitches in a circular motion, then gather the fabric.

Una vez el gorro este listo se procede a hacer los puntos duplicados, siguiendo el patrón se toma con la aguja lanera el hilo del color correspondiente y se introduce de atrás hacia adelante en la parte inferior de la V del punto, luego se pasa por las dos puntas superiores de la V y se vuelve a meter la aguja en el punto inicial, de ese modo se dibuja una V sobre la V, es decir los puntos se van duplicando y se va formando el dibujo, esta técnica es muy buena pero hay que tener en cuenta que no es aplicable para todo tipo de proyectos, pues obviamente el tejido queda mas grueso.

Once the hat is ready, proceed to make the double stitches. Following the pattern, take the yarn of the corresponding color with the tapestry needle and insert it from back to front into the lower part of the V of the stitch. Then pass it through the two upper points of the V and insert the needle back into the initial point. In this way, a V is drawn over the V; that is, the stitches are doubled and the design is formed. This technique is very good, but keep in mind that it is not applicable to all types of projects, as the fabric will obviously be thicker.

Con la aguja lanera y el hilo verde coser el lateral del gorro, esconder las hebras por detrás. Con el hilo y aguja coser el pompón a la parte superior del gorro, crear el asa del colgante con hilo rojo y anudar usando una cuenta.

Using a tapestry needle and green yarn, sew the side of the hat, hiding the ends behind. With the same needle and thread, sew the pom-pom to the top of the hat, create the pendant's loop with red yarn, and tie it using a bead.
