Feliz y bendecido día mis muy apreciados amigos amantes de la costura y las agujas, me da mucho gusto poder saludarlos una vez más y estar con ustedes nuevamente en esta linda comunidad de #Needleworkmonday, compartiendo un nuevo proyecto de costura, un nuevo tutorial, esta vez les traigo la confección de un top asimétrico con volante en el hombro y lazada en el contorno de cintura, es un toque que luce muy hermoso y nos da la ventaja de reducir algunos centímetros de cintura. Aquí te muestro cómo la hice.

Happy and blessed day my very appreciated friends who love sewing and needles, it gives me great pleasure to greet you once again and be with you again in this beautiful community of #Needleworkmonday, sharing a new sewing project, a new tutorial, this time I bring you the making of an asymmetrical top with ruffle on the shoulder and lacing in the waist contour, it is a touch that looks very beautiful and gives us the advantage of reducing some centimeters of waist. Here I show you how I made it.

Comencé sacando el patrón del top asimétrico, en este caso dos piezas iguales. Este patrón lo puedes sacar partiendo desde una blusa básica, solamente tienes que dejar un hombro arriba y el otro lo doblas hasta darle la forma o la caída que quieres.

I started by making the pattern for the asymmetrical top, in this case two identical pieces. You can make this pattern starting from a basic blouse, just leave one shoulder up and fold the other one to give it the shape or the fall you want.

Luego que saqué mis dos piezas, procedí a hacerle un sesgo por el contorno del pecho hasta la altura del hombro.

After I took out my two pieces I proceeded to make a bias binding along the contour of the chest up to shoulder height.

Posteriormente, realicé antes de unir las dos piezas, el ruedo que va en el contorno de cintura.

Afterwards, before joining the two pieces together, I made the hem that goes around the waist.

Después de haber terminado el ruedo de la cintura, procedí a unir las dos piezas, colocándola con sus derechos enfrentados.

After finishing the waistband, I proceeded to join the two pieces, placing them right sides facing each other.

Luego realicé el volante que va en el hombro, es decir por la orilla de la sisa y lo cosí.

Then I made the ruffle that goes on the shoulder, that is, around the edge of the armhole, and sewed it on.

Para finalizar realicé la lazada que va en el contorno de cintura, para ello, saqué el patrón que ya tenía listo cosí todo el borde inferior y desdoblé.

To finish I made the loop that goes around the waist, for this, I took out the pattern that I already had ready, sewed all the lower edge and unfolded it.

Uni la lazada al contorno de cintura, solamente hasta el área de la espalda, ya que esta irá suelta en la parte del frente para ajustarla a nuestro gusto.

Join the lacing to the waist circumference, only up to the back area, as it will be loose in the front to adjust it to your liking.
