El día de hoy les quiero compartir mi primer proyecto tejido de este año. Se trata de unos aros porta paños para usar en la cocina.

Today I want to share with you my first knitting project of this year. It's about some rings to hold cloths to use in the kitchen.
A few weeks ago the whole family gathered at my younger sister's house to carry out the preparation of the hallacas, being at her house I realized that she had nowhere to hang the kitchen towels and it occurred to me that I could make something woven to fulfill that function. I was looking for ideas on Pinterest and this model was my favorite, since it is very simple and easy to make.
La idea es que el tejido cubra el asa de la puerta del horno y el aro quede hacia abajo para poder colocar el paño en medio.
In order to make this cloth holder, a plastic or wooden hoop is needed. A small base of approximately 10 cm is knitted over this hoop, which is started by knitting 15 single crochet stitches around the hoop. For the rest of the piece, I alternate one round of high stitches and one round of low stitches until the desired length is obtained.
The idea is that the fabric covers the handle of the oven door and the hoop is facing down so that the cloth can be placed in the middle.
Esta idea me gusto mucho ya que no solo se puede usar para los pañitos de la cocina, sino que también se puede usar para colgar las toallas de mano en el baño.
This model is quite basic which allows you to modify it and add appliqués to make it more eye-catching. In my case I preferred to make it very simple because my sister has a very minimalist style and she doesn't really like ornate things.
I really liked this idea because it can be used not only for the kitchen towels, but also to hang hand towels in the bathroom.

This pattern is also ideal for those who do not know how to knit or prefer sewing, since it can be made with fabric. The main element is the hoop, everything else can vary according to the creativity of each person.

Me gusta la idea del boton, lo habia visto con aros en las dos puntas, y me parece que cuando sacas el paño se cae, así queda fijo en la cocina, me gusto, además el boton que usaste es precioso, Gracias por compartir
