Greetings my dear NeedleWorkMonday colleagues, I sincerely hope you are well, in the company of your loved ones while waiting to celebrate Christmas. Although my Christmas spirit is not very enthusiastic, I didn't want to be without sharing with you this little project that is part of the embroidery practices with the cross stitch technique. It is a very simple Christmas tree.
To be honest, Christmas is not my favorite time of the year, in fact I don't like this season when consumerism and wastefulness reign. What I enjoy most is the Christmas food and being able to share with my family. However, I believe that the true reason for celebration, which is the birth of our Savior, has been lost and misrepresented. However, I wanted to embroider this mini Christmas tree to cheer me up a bit.
The pattern of this Christmas tree is very simple, it is like making a pyramid and culminating with a star at the tip. It was very relaxing to make this little project and it gave me the opportunity to reflect a little on this season and the importance it really has. I hope you are all having a great time and have a beautiful Christmas. Thanks for joining me once again on my blog, thanks for reading, greetings and blessings.
