Para el dia de hoy les traigo un proyecto de una Falda para niñas reciclando un pantalón.

For today I bring you a project of a Skirt for girls recycling a pair of pants.

En realidad es la parte de abajo del pantalón, una pieza que tenía guardada y llegó el momento de transformar

It is actually the bottom part of the pants, a piece I had in storage and it was time to transform it.

Cortamos la costura y abrimos, planchamos las piezas completas

We cut the seam and open, iron the complete pieces.

Así mismo, vamos a combinar nuestra falda con un sesgo unicolor, en este caso de color negro, cortamos 2 piezas de 5 cm aproximadamente

Likewise, we are going to combine our skirt with a unicolor bias, in this case black, we cut 2 pieces of 5 cm approximately.

Con nuestras piezas listas, procedemos a coser en la máquina

With our pieces ready, we proceed to sew on the machine.

Medimos 5 cm y ajustamos con alfileres nuestra pieza para hacer el plisado

We measure 5 cm and adjust with pins our piece to make the pleating

Con ayuda de la máquina vamos a coser con la recta

With the help of the machine we are going to sew with the straight line

Ahora vamos a enfrentar nuestras piezas y cosemos

Now we face our pieces and sew

Volteamos y repasamos nuevamente

We flip and review again

Cosemos el sesgo en la cintura y en el ruedo de nuestra falda

We sew the bias binding at the waist and at the hem of our skirt.

Unimos ambas piezas cosiendo con la recta

We join both pieces by sewing with the straight line.

Terminamos nuestra costura con el zig zag y cortamos cualquier hilo sobrante

We finish our zig zag stitching and cut off any excess thread.

Para darle un toque mas chic, cosemos a mano dos pequeños lazos

To give it a more chic touch, we sew by hand two small bows.

Este es el resultado obtenido del reciclaje de piezas, moda sustentable y bella

Me encanta realizar este tipo de Prendas porque es una forma de diseñar y producir ropa enfocada en la sustentabilidad, la preservación del medio ambiente, el reciclaje, el uso de textiles orgánicos y técnicas de confección artesanales.

I love making this kind of Clothing because it is a way of designing and producing clothes focused on sustainability, environmental preservation, recycling, the use of organic textiles and artisanal tailoring techniques.
