Web3 Berlin this summer and we are super stoked about it!
To celebrate this we are teaming up with @alucian in order to organize a fun aftershow meetup in the heart of Berlin. We assume that people from all over Europe will show up and maybe some new Hivers will get onboarded after listening to the brilliant speech of @crimsonclad!
Let's meet in Berlin - no matter if you attend the Web3 Berlin or not!

🗺️ Location
The location will be the same as the previous Berlin Meetup hosted by @alucian next to the Mauerpark in Berlin. We assume to have sunny weather so the plan is to find a good spot in the park and have a fun time. In case of rain we will be able to enter one of the many restaurants and bars as plan B. But let's all cross our fingers for the best possible weather!

As we have told you before we rely on your input and help to grow the initiative and meetup list constantly. With a more complete meetup list we will be able to serve Hivers all over Europe to find their meetups quicker. We hope to see an organic relation between the meetup organizers and our initiative so eventually a post/cross-post into our community (or a ping of @hiveup-europe from within the post) feels like a simple step of announcing a meetup in future.

Makes me wish I was in Europe! Then again, a lot of things about Hive and other crypto make me wish I lived anywhere but the US. 😂

Missed the meeting in Hamburg a few years ago, and made it to Amsterdam, it's time to try Germany for the second time... 😃

Sounds really cool. Vielleicht schaffe ich es. Wobei ich als "Ausländer" es bevorzugen würde uns in einem Lokal auszutauschen. Gemütlicher, es gibt Essen und Getränke.
Park ist nett, jedoch fahre oder fliege ich nicht nach Berlin, um mich in einen Park zu begeben. Noch dazu kommt, dass wahrscheinlich im Park keinen Strom gibt.

Das Meetup sicher in "berlinerisch" so mit "Schrippen und Icke"
Man kann es halt nicht jedem recht machen ;) Wäre schön, wenn Du auch kommst aber wir werden am Park festhalten - denn dieser Park ist nicht "irgendein Park" und im Hochsommer wollen sicher sehr viele lieber draußen sitzen als in einem Lokal. Und ein extra Stromanschluss braucht docht man doch nicht(?) - wir sind schon genug umgeben von Strom und Bildschirmen. Wer was zeigen will, wird dafür ausreichend Akku haben (oder andere werden es), würde ich mal sagen ;)

@reiseamateur wenn ich wieder fit bin, müssen wir Schmidi in den Stadtpark zerren ;-)
Du wir können auch im Volksgarten, Burggarten oder bei uns im Garten in Wien meeten.

😝 I saw it… I haven't even managed to finish my DIY post.
Spring! All the lost children are coming home and gather in our common home town. One event chases the next. Besides, lots of jobs. I find barely time to take care of writing posts. Hopefully it's at least kinda collecting material for it.
I'm looking forward to Saturday, too. And guess what's going on, almost straight after our Birlin MeetUp, Saturday night? We are heading to Austria to take all belongings of a friend. But we want to be back on Monday noon 😆

ja wir haben alle Bots gemutet da es wirklich überhand genommen hat und Übersicht enorm wichtig auch für die Außenwirkung der Community ist.. Sorry.
Also auf der Messe werde ich nicht sein - aber gern kannst Du allen Bescheid sagen und das Meetup ein wenig promoten, wenn Du magst. Wir hoffen echt, dass eine Menge interessante Leute da sein werden.
Achtung: Wir verlegen die Location sehr wahrscheinlich in die Nähe vom Estrel, damit die ganzen Messefüße nicht so weit gehen müssen ;) Mehr dazu folgt.

Richtung Estrel ist eine gute Idee.
Vermutlich sind aber auch gerade am Abend der Messe dort auch Aktivitäten und ich kann noch nicht sagen wie wir da eingebunden sind.
Neben Crimsonclad sind auch arcange, starkerz und Detlev als Sprecher von und für Hive auf dem Event.
Jo kein Problem- das wird sich zeigen. Wir sind sicher auch ne Weile am meetuppen :)
