What a NaPodPoMo 'ish' experience!
This adventure has been really interesting by all standards. I jumped into NaPodPoMo (National Podcast Post Month) because of my desire to develop my voice, improve my spoken English and articulate my thoughts better when thinking of things in English.
You know, thoughts are like that. In case you haven't noticed, even when you are thinking, you think in a particular language. I don't have any problem thinking in Igbo (which is my native language), but if I make a Podcast in the language, I would sure be prepared to be the only consumer of the content. Hehe.
So, saying that I'm in this challenge for the sake of the challenge doesn't tell the full story. There are so many reasons for it and I can only make effort and hope I get to achieve my target.
Let's talk about this week's experience in NaPodPoMo;
Yes, lads! We are edging ever closer to the end of the second week of NaPodPoMo
I'm incredibly excited to have it on record that I've been killing it in NaPodPoMo. Not necessarily by the quality of what I'm recording and publishing, but because of the level of consistency I've maintained since the beginning of this challenge.
We are 11 days into the challenge and I have 11 episodes out, 1 episode per day. You can click the image below to be redirected to my Podcast profile on Anchor.

What's new about this week?
1. I'm drunk in love with the NaPodPoMo mega feed
Recording audio each day and publishing is already fascinating enough, but if you are participating in this challenge and you are not listening to the Mega feed, you sure are missing a lot.
Seriously, I spent a great part of this week listening to all the voices of other participants via the mega feed and this has been a fairly inspiring experience.
2. I'm filled with a surge of anticipation for new episodes of some Podcasts.
I've always been a big consumer of video content, but I didn't know I will enjoy listening to Podcasts in the same proportion. I just discovered how convenient it can be to listen to Podcasts and still have the luxury of being involved with other activities. After all, it's audio. Hehe.
So, while digging through the mega feed, I've been able to pick out a couple of podcasts which make me feel like a lad, drunk on stuff you can only see in paradise. Haha. People have stories to tell and I'm glad to be an audience honoured to listen to all of these stories.
3. I'm raking the stats, mate.
You know what, I don't know about other participants in this and the stats they are getting, but I'm genuinely satisfied with what I've received so far.

126 plays/downloads for all 11 episodes? Not bad!
Since I'm such a big fan of stats, I will draw this even further to flex the more detailed stat on my Podcast, all thanks to the swiftness of Anchor.fm
The above stat shows that the vast majority of my listeners are in the States, Nigeria or Romania. Below is a chart that shows the platform which the views are drawn from.
Amazing! I love how simplified this anchor app is making things.

Here is the thing;
I would have loved to share these episodes on Hive and have them live on the blockchain, but I can't do that at the moment because Aureal's mobile App does not give the best experience.
Nonetheless, I save each episode of my Podcast in a folder and I will import them to the blockchain via Aureal when I get a lappy. Look forward to that.

Haha... Epodcaster always says that this is a 'fail quick, learn fast challenge'. Haha.
There are so many things that comes into play and I'm trying to go with the most basic of then all. When I get a laptop, I can then graduate from Mobile+App podcasting to the next grade. That will also be when I will mostly likely crosspost my episodes on Aureal. Haha.

I'm glad the experience is helping me articulate my thoughts better and I'm also glad I choose to go the self-improvement area. I originally wanted to talk about finance, but changed my mind the moment I clicked the record button for my trailer.
The mega feed is buzzing and your episodes are not just amazing, they are heart-warming. You are one strong lady with a really resilient mind. I'm looking forward to more of your episodes that will appear on the feed.

Yeah. Listening to all these Podcasts have been an enjoyable experience. I didn't have enough time to listen to them this weekend, so I have some pending episodes from 24 hours ago, but I will catch up by day break. Hehe.
