Es muy importante la limpieza de la cadena mi esposo y yo acostumbramos utilizar una una mezcla de agua caliente, bicarbonato y limón es un desengrasante casero , sumergimos en este producto la cadena le pasamos un cepillo y luego lo secamos con un trapo y dejamos al aire libre para que seque mejor, luego la engrasamos con grasa porque durara mas tiempo lubricada que si lo hiciéramos con aceite y evita que aparezcan los ruidos.

Tomamos el disco o rueda de volante de inercia, este recibe toda la energía que se genera al pedalear lo ubicamos con la cadena ya lubricada y colocamos la correa en su lugar, esta debe estar en buen estado para evitar que al pedalear patine y logremos hacer un movimiento adecuada al dar cada paso.
