Where we continue with the theme of animals and this time we had to make a very large animal and is only in certain parts of the world, also by choice of our amiaga @avdesing, being a giraffe, therefore, today we will take creativity to another level so we can recreate the closest thing on paper. Saludos amigos, seguimos trabajando con papel y cada vez muy contento con los resultados de todas las figuras que he podido lograr y sobre todo compartirla con ustedes. Donde continuamos con la temática de animales y esta vez nos tocó hacer un animal muy grande y solo está en ciertas partes del mundo, además por elección de nuestra amiaga @avdesing, siendo una jirafa, por lo tanto, hoy vamos a llevar la creatividad a otro nivel para así poder recrear lo más parecido en papel. The first thing we have to look for is a sheet of any color of our preference, then mark the measures of 20 * 20 cm and thus achieve a square, with the help of scissors cut the excess and from there begin to make the different folds to get our paper giraffe.

Lo primero que tenemos que buscar es una hoja de cualquier color de nuestra preferencia, para luego marcar las medidas de 20 * 20 cm y de esa manera lograr conseguir un cuadrado, con la ayuda de una tijera cortar lo sobrante y a partir de allí comenzar a realizar los diferentes pliegues para obtener nuestra jirafa de papel.

Once the sheet is cut, we are going to fold it vertically, horizontally and on both diagonals with the idea of marking the lines on the sheet and making it a little easier to handle. Right there we will push the tips of the sheet inwards with a fold and we will have a smaller square as shown in the photos.

Una vez cortada la hoja, vamos a doblar pe la forma vertical, horizontal y por ambas diagonales con la idea de que se marquen las líneas sobre la hoja y sea un poco más fácil manejarlo. Allí mismo vamos a empujar las puntas de la hoja hacia adentro con un pliegue y nos quedará un cuadrado más pequeño como se nota en las fotos.

Then we are going to take each of the ends of the sheet towards the center, to mark very well and we would get two triangles on the sheet on each side of it, plus the triangle at the top of the sheet we are going to fold it down. Once we do all these folds on the sheet we are going to open and make a fold towards the inside of the time and at the end we have a big rhombus.

Luego vamos a llevar cada uno de los extremos de la hoja hacia el centro, para marcar muy bien y nos saldrían dos triángulos en la hoja de cada lado de la misma, además el triángulo de la parte de arriba de la hoja lo vamos a doblar hacia abajo. Una vez que hagamos todo esto dobles en la hoja vamos a abrir y hacer un pliegue hacia adentro de la hora y a al final nos queda un gran rombo.

Cuando tengamos cada uno de los pasos anteriores listo, vamos a soltar todos los dobles con la idea de poder crear una gran estrella en el papel y vamos a tomar dos puntas para llevarlas hacia arriba y de esa manera poder sacar el cuerpo de esta jirafa. Es un paso algo complicado de hacer, sin duda se necesita de mucha concentración para poder lograrlo.

Now we are going to take one of the tips of our sheet to make the neck of our giraffe, therefore, very carefully we are going to take the tip towards and push the whole paper until it is completely vertical.

Ahora vamos a tomar una de las punas de nuestra hoja para hacer el cuello de nuestra jirafa, por lo tanto, con mucho cuidado vamos a llevar la punta hacia y empujando todo el papel hasta lograr voltearlo y de esa manera quede totalmente vertical.

With the other end we are going to make a small fold down and as you can see they are the legs of this giraffe, once folded we open the sheet again and make a fold inward to give a little more stability to this great giraffe.

Con la otra punta vamos a realizar un pequeño dobles hacia abajo y como se pueden ir dando cuenta son las patas de esta jirafa, una vez doblada volvemos abrir la hoja y realizamos un pliegue hacia adentro para así darle un poco más de estabilidad a esta gran jirafa.

Finally for the neck what we have to do is a small fold on the top of the sheet to one side and thus have ready, also for the body we will fold each of the excess parts inward as shown in the photos and thus give it shape.

Por último para el cuello lo que tenemos que hacer es un pequeño dobles en la parte de arriba de la hoja hacia un lado y de esa manera tener lista, además para el cuerpo vamos a doblar cada una de las partes sobrante hacia adentro como se nota en las fotos y de esa manera ir dándole forma.
