Today I bring you two tips to clean your sneakers, quickly and with ingredients that we have at home, for this we will need.
For your leather sneakers
2 tablespoons of baking soda
Five tablespoons of hydrogen peroxide (to clean wounds)
Plastic container
Dishwashing soap (optional)

Hoy les traigo dos tips para limpiar tus zapatos deportivos, de manera rápida y con ingredientes que tenemos en casa, para ello vamos a necesitar.
Para tus zapatillas de cuero
2 cucharadas de Bicarbonato de sodio
Cinco cucharadas agua oxigenada (para limpiar heridas)
Envase de plástico
Jabón de lavar platos (opcional)
Procedure
In a container place the baking soda and hydrogen peroxide and create a homogeneous paste, remove the laces of your shoes and add the mixture to the shoes with a brush, leave it for 5 minutes and then brush your shoes again until all the dirt is removed, if you wish you can add to the mixture a little bit of liquid dishwashing detergent. Add a little of the mixture to clean the laces and insoles. Finally, rinse with plenty of water and let dry in the sun.
Procedimiento
En un envase coloca el bicarbonato y el agua oxigenada y crea una pasta homogénea, retira los cordones de tus zapatos y agrega la mezcla a los zapatos con un cepillo, deja actuar por 5 minutos y luego vuelve a cepillar tus zapatos hasta retirar toda la suciedad, si lo deseas puedes agregar a la mezcla un poco de detergente líquido de platos. Agrega un poco de la mezcla para limpiar a los cordones y plantillas. Por último, enjuaga con abundante agua y deja secar al sol.

In case your white shoes are made of fabric and also have yellow stains on the sole, use the previous mixture for the fabric area and for the yellow area of the sole mix hydrogen peroxide 30 vol and baking soda, place the shoes in the sun for about 15 to 20 minutes. En caso de que tus zapatos blancos sean de tela y además tengan manchas amarillas en la suela, usa la mezcla anterior para el área de la tela y para el área amarilla de la suela mezcla agua oxigenada de 30 vol y bicarbonato, coloca los zapatos al sol por unos 15 a 20 minutos. Luego, cepilla y enjuaga con abundante agua y listo tus zapatos blancos, se verán como nuevos.

Para tus zapatos de color solo mezcla bicarbonato de sodio con el jabón líquido, colocas la mezcla en tus zapatos, plantillas y cordones. Esperas unos 5 o10 minutos si tus zapatos están muy sucios y luego frotas la mezcla con un cepillo. Retiras la mezcla con abundante agua y dejas secar.

And as an extra, if you want to avoid the bad smell in your shoes or shoemaker just add to cupcake layers a little baking soda and a few drops of lemon or lavender essential oil, tie it with a rubber band and place one in each shoe. The baking soda will absorb all the bad odor.
Y como extra, si quieres evitar el mal olor en tus zapatos o zapatera sólo debes agregar a capacillos de cupcakes un poco de bicarbonato y unas gotas de aceite esencial de limón o lavanda lo amarras con una liga y colocas uno en cada zapato. Lograrás que el bicarbonato absorba todo el mal olor.
