Cuando pienso en qué publicar en nuestra Comunidad Hive Diy, me es muy útil ubicarme en las fechas o feriados que tenemos próximos para inspirarnos y de a poco vienen a mi mente muchos proyectos. Hoy pensé en Diy o proyectos por el Día de San Valentín, Día de Los Enamorados, Día del Amor y la Amistad, o como se llame según sea el país.

Y a veces me tardo un poco en arrancar a crear, porque primero pienso en algún proyecto que quiero hacer, pero tengo que adaptarlo a los materiales que dispongo, y veces tengo una cosa en mi cabeza y durante el proceso se va convirtiendo en otra, pero lo importante es que se llegue a un feliz producto final.

When I think about what to publish in our Hive Diy Community, it is very useful for me to locate the dates or holidays that we have coming up to inspire us and little by little many projects come to mind. Today I thought about DIY or projects for Valentine's Day, Valentine's Day, Day of Love and Friendship, or whatever it is called depending on the country.

And sometimes it takes me a while to start creating, because first I think of a project I want to do, but I have to adapt it to the materials I have, and sometimes I have one thing in my head and during the process it turns into another, but the important thing is that a happy final product is reached.

With the cardboard that I save to recycle, I choose some that are the size I wanted for this project, and I drew some hearts of different sizes. I cut them out, some I cut out on the inside too so that only the shape was left without filling.

Con los trozos de tela que elegí y silicón caliente, procedía forrar los corazones. Coloqué el pegamento caliente en el borde y fui estirando la tela para garantizar que no quedaran arrugas ni doblez en las telas.
Aquí ven el resultado, desde ya se veía hermoso el corazón.

El corazón que recorté en cartón pero sin relleno, lo quise decorar cortando tiras de tela y luego dando vueltas alrededor de toda la forma, y eventualmente colocaba una gota de silicón caliente para garantizar que no se desarmara.

Tantas vueltas con la tela, se logró una estructura bastante firme y agradable.

Para el corazón más grande quise darle una textura diferente con la misma tela. Entonces, realicé con tiras de tela unos doblez y los coloqué unos sobre otro, en un diseño que me gustó mucho. También le coloqué una pieza central con la tela que tiene el otro diseño, para finalmente colocarle un corazón más pequeño.

Cabe destacar que, los corazones por la parte de atrás les pegué una pieza de la misma tela. Como siempre digo, los proyectos deben poder verse por fuera, por dentro, por arriba, por abajo, por todos lados. Y cuando hago un proyecto es para que quede bien.

Utilicé un cordón que se le conoce como rabo de ratón, pero realidad puede ser cualquiera, yo quería uno que es de yute, pero no tenía. Afortunadamente, tenía de color rojo y trabajé con él.

Primero, fui colocando los corazones en el diseño que tenía pensado, si se fijan están con alfileres en la pared, y pude entonces medir el cordón.

Por la parte de atrás de cada corazón fui pegando el cordón, volteándolos un poco para que tengan más interés que solo poniéndolos rectos.

Hay unos corazones que iban arriba de los otros según el diseño que tenía en mi mente, y todo lo fui pegando igualmente con el silicón caliente.

Así se puede ver el diseño, son tres piezas decoradas con otros corazones y telas en contraste. También, el estar forrados con diferentes técnicas aporta más interés.

I really liked the heart without filling, because it was very fun to cover it by turning the strip of fabric, and the negative and positive effect is really interesting.

At the bottom a small heart holds a larger unfilled heart and I loved this final effect. It should be noted that this decorative piece can be moved and without a problem it looks good from the back, although certainly the design of the superimposed hearts is from the front, but I am referring to the finish as I mentioned above.

I think this design is going to stay on my desk, at least for now, and I really like the contrast it has with the wall.

This wall is self-adhesive panels that I bought exclusively to have a clearer environment, since it is my work area for everything, to do my projects and take photos. I thought it would look prettier than with a painted wall, and they are also very economical. I only placed them in the middle of the wall all the way down and I was delighted with the effect and how it supports taking photos of the projects.
