Rise of the Pixels | Adding More Team Members to My Future Game Development Empire

This new Hive Engine game is interesting so far. You basically run your own game development studio and simulate different details surrounding that. So far, I have created my first game, which I will write about once all the profits and or losses have settled, and I have started a second project as well.

One thing I concluded early one is that the one initial developer is not going to cut it, if I want to turn this thing into a gaming conglomerate, or better yet, an empire. So, I decided to purchase to in-game packs to add 2 team members to my unicorn start-up.

I bought the first pack for 3 USD worth of HIVE. Luckily, I have a bit lying around. The pack details are clear about what you can find in it and what the odds of rarity are. Let's hope we get something rare this time.

Drumroll, please....

And there's Bentley Zucker, different but not rare. Different in the sense that he's a designer and not a developer like my first employee. His last name should be half of a good omen if anything, especially in the tech business. He gets the space mouse, good for creative souls like him.

And then Blanche walked in with her own monitor and started coding immediately. As a second developer she will hopefully take of some of the pressure from the first one, and maybe give him the vacation days he needed.

I also need to start using the accessories they came with, since they indicate that this would probably aid in the overall skills of my team members.

For now, I would like to keep an overview of what I spend on this new Hive game, and how much I get out of it, other than fun. Because of course I had to make this about the economics as well.
