I see that the number of users on the platform has decreased significantly, which is a shame because they are missing out on some very good illustrations and projects.
This time, I wanted to pair up characters that are sure to be very important in the future. I love Wuzaru, and it gives rise to many ideas for the future (for illustrators), although I find the evolution to be a huge change. I'm always in favour of intermediate phases (like an adolescent form), and I think that's what Wuzaru is missing, just as Infurnal is far from what I think a final phase should be. Perhaps one more is needed, with a couple of extra tails, like in Asian fox mythology.
Anyway, I've gone on too long. This piece was two separate projects that I decided to combine, and I think it was the best decision. I really like the pairing. The positions were because I had a background with a fall in mind. By the way, I think I'll start drawing Infurnal with just this face. I find it more appealing, although the original reminds me a lot of a coyote or fox. This version I made is more inspired by a dog, you know, a chubbier one.
