On Friday last week, I heard about HoloZing for the first time. It seems as though some have heard about it weeks before - but it is still early days. I decided to blog about it because not everyone knows about it. Despite that many are talking about HoloZing - it is the latest buzz around HIVE.

I will be honest, I have never gamed. Being here at the advent of HoloZING is a good opportunity to learn the game now instead of FOMO hitting me later on.
What is HoloZING?
It is a new game on the Hive blockchain which is a combination of Pokemon and Role Play Gaming. According to the Whitepaper:
"HoloZing is a Web3 enabled monster catching, training and battling game. It draws strong inspiration from classics like Pokémon and World of Warcraft."

The game was the brainchild of Acidyo - who is already well-known for POSH and OCD. It would be good to follow him to receive updates.
Is the game already launched?
No - it is not already launched; the closed alpha is by invitation only and coming soon. The beta version should be late 2024.

How to earn ZING?
ZING is the token of the HoloZing ecosystem. It is already possible to earn the token if one is a Hive user. Here is a photo from https://holozing.com/
ZING Tokens can be claimed if you:
- Delegate Hive to @zingtoken - current APR 89.45%
- Stake ZING - stake tokens bought and/or earned - current APR 115.69%
- Hold POSH tokens - current APR 317.36%
- Provide liquidity in the Hive-Engine Liquidity Pool - current APR 660.49%
Tokens can be claimed on https://holozing.com hourly or whenever you like. Claimed ZING tokens will be automatically staked. The cumulative balance can be seen via your account on https://hive-engine.com.
I've enthusiastically joined the claimants since I've delegated 2K Hive. I also earn from my humble POSH holdings and via staking of claimed tokens.

What else is happening?
Whilst waiting for the game to be launch - one can participate in contests posted by Acidyo on the @holozing account. It would to be good to follow these accounts.

Do you please have an idea of how much money that someone can invest in Zing for a start?
I cannot answer that question as it is each person’s choice.
However as I explained - funds are not necessary - buying liquid is only one ways of acquiring the token. One can also earn ZING by delegating HP or by holding POSH.
Seems everyone is talking about this, I better check it out
