What Is Zing Token?

ZING Token is the main currency that will be used in the game known as HOLOZING. The ZING Token can be traded on most if not all Hive Dex's.

Because HoloZing is a Web3 game, you are able to trade or send $ZING tokens to anyone else who has a Hive Engine wallet (whether they play the game or not is irrelevant). The game cannot do anything to your $ZING—it belongs only to the person who holds the cryptographic keys to the Hive Engine wallet. Now that we got that short introduction out of the way lets move on to the purpose of this post.

Entering The ZING Liquidity Pool: The ZING token is currently being airdropped/claimdropped to HIVENS who meet certain requirements. To participate in the ZING token airdrop/claimdrop one must (1) Delegate Hive Tokens To @zingtoken (2) Hold Posh Tokens (3) Stake ZING Tokens (4) Participate in the HIVE/ZING Pool. Completing one/all or any of the above actions will allow you to earn the HOLOZING in-game token named ZING. Keep in mind that one has to register with the official HOLOZING site before being able to receive any dropped tokens. Registration only requires a login to the official site. After registration is completed your ZING token rewards will start accumulating. Claiming your ZING token rewards can be done every hour. Login will require you to use Hive KeyChain (more on that later). I was lucky enough to delegate some HIVE POWER to @zingtoken early on. The ZING rewards I earned from delegating was then staked thus allowing me to take part in not one put two ZING Token drops. After completing some weeks of claims I decided to sell some of my ZING tokens with the purpose of using the funds to enter the ZING/SWAP.HIVE Pool. In fact I jumped in the pool some weeks back with a very small amount of ZING and HIVE but decided to remove my liquidity as I waited for the HIVE Price of ZING to settle. It now has done so to the degree in which I'm ready to Jump back in. If you are considering doing the same please do your homework on how Liquidity Pools work as there are risk that come with participation. That being said my risk is next to null as I will be using airdropped ZING tokens and HIVE used from selling a portion of those Airdropped ZING tokens to enter the pool.

How To Enter The ZING Pool

After you put your safety and flotation devices on (do your research on liquidity pools) and feel as you want to take on the risk of doing so, jump on in. First you will need to go to a HIVE DEX that has the ZING/SWAP.HIVE Pool available. Most Hive Dex's have this option (Examples: TribalDex/ Hive-Engine and Beeswap). Next you will want to go to the section of your DEX of choice that displays all the available pools. There will be a search box available for you to use in such a section. Inside that search box type ZING. Upon doing so the ZING:SWAP.HIVE Liquidity Pool will be displayed. This will show the current Total Liquidity that is available within the pool. After looking over the details and deciding that you still want to enter the pool next you will look to the top of the page where it says Add Liquidity. Click it and in the search box type in the liquidity pool in-which you wish to add funds to. In this case that would be ZING:SWAP.HIVE. Next you will need to input the amount of each token you wish to add to the pool. Keep in mind that Liquidity Pools require you to add equal amounts of funds on each side of the pool. For example I decided to add 3000 ZING to the liquidity pool. This required me to also add 46* Hive Tokens. Once you input the desired amounts click Add Liquidity. Once you do so you will now be participating in the ZING:SWAP.HIVE Liquidity Pool. To see which pools you are participating in click the link displayed at the top of the screen that says Your Positions. Your participation in the ZING:SWAP.HIVE (and any other pool you participated in) will be displayed in the Your Positions section.

My ZING Token Goals

I'll be jumping in and out of the pool as to protect my invested amount. I'll be adding more liquidity at some point. Since my goal here is to hoard as much ZING tokens as I can using dropped liquidity from the pools I participate in; the possibility of the HIVE side of the pool shrinking as my ZING side grows doesn't bother me any. Likewise if the opposite was to happen. If my HIVE Tokens grow and ZING token shrink, its all profit. The best advice I can give when entering any liquidity pool is to only do so with pools in-which you want more of each token. This will make any potential swings easier to manage. End Goal: It's important to set goals and hoarding ZING is not exempt from this. Today I asked myself what is my softcap goal for hoarding the ZING Token. I believe 100,000 ZING Tokens has a nice ring to it so that is what I will aim for. To make this goal more attainable I have set the short term goal of 25,000 ZING and a mid-term goal of 50,000 with the idea of reaching and exceeding 100,000 Staked Zing Tokens. I also have some liquid HIVE available from the profits of selling the ZING token a couple weeks back. I fully intend on using those liquid HIVE Tokens to further enter the ZING Pool and/or to re-purchase the ZING Token, thus helping me to get to my end goal of having 100,000+ Staked ZING.
