Creature Fan Art : MECHA WRACKDOOM

Hey there, fellow Holozing lovers!
It’s been a while, hasn’t it? I’m finally back with another post—feels good to reconnect! And wow, Holozing has really grown since I last checked in. So many awesome new characters have popped up, and I’ve gotta say, some of them are seriously cool.

This time around, I want to share something I’ve been working on—my own take on one of the OG characters from Holozing: Wrackdoom. Yup, that classic one we all know from the early days.

Now, instead of sticking with the original look, I decided to give Wreckdoom a little twist. I went full mecha mode! It was a fun challenge to imagine him as a mechanical robot-type creature. And not just any mecha—I transformed him from a daytime creature into a stealthy, nocturnal being that could sneak around under the cover of darkness.

Here’s the initial design—starting from the rough sketch all the way through to the coloring process.

I went with a darker color palette to match that whole nocturnal vibe.

But don’t worry, I didn’t completely ditch the original look. I added some yellow highlights here and there to keep that Holozing spirit alive and recognizable.

And here it is—the final result!
Hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed creating it. Hopefully, it inspires more creativity within the Holozing universe too.

Oh, and I also made a version with a frame. Curious—what do you think about it?

This concludes my post for the Holozing. I hope it pleases everyone.

Thank you so much for your support.
