Today I decided to open my program to continue with one of the sketches I had advanced. This time I chose the character Larvie. This little caterpillar despite its simple design, can be as complex as a more detailed character. I decided to continue with my kawaii style, and made the character even smaller, to highlight the tenderness of the original reference. As background, I opted for a nature-related setting, using green as the main color of the illustration, but varying the tones to create a nice visual transition. I hope you like this version and without further ado, I leave you with my process!

This Ocean Healer is the third character in this evolving collection, and honestly, I’m falling more in love with the theme with each illustration. The moment I chose this character, I felt drawn to the soothing power she emanates. Her presence feels calm, protective, and wise, almost like a guardian of both the sea and the soul. I imagined her as a figure standing proudly by the shore under the moonlight, her magic resonating with the waves and stars. Bringing her to life was both a challenge and a delight. I wanted to emphasize her mystical aura through soft lighting, oceanic tones, and detailed magical accessories. As I worked, I found myself immersed in her world, hearing the crashing waves and feeling the cool night breeze. The female Ocean Healer is depicted with striking light blue hair that flows just past her shoulders, representing the rhythm of the waves. Her eyes are large and expressive, a window into her calm yet determined spirit. She wears a beautiful sea-themed crown made of golden shells and pearls, symbolizing her bond with the ocean. Her outfit consists of a deep blue robe cinched at the waist with a golden-brown belt, complemented by a short cape that has a pale exterior and dark lining. On her chest, she wears a magical emblem with a water droplet, glowing faintly with power. Her staff is ornate, topped with a crescent moon and a glowing...

Finally, I got to finish what I start a week ago xd. Yep, the lineart was fully done but I just couldn't complete it because I was looking for ideas to make it stand out. I tried a lot of light works in the past which is my signature move to elevate the painting. It's getting boring just to do that all the time. I'm not saying i won't do it but i was looking for that extra and I found it. It's that 3d illusion you see when you place certain parts of the character outside of the frame. You can see this on some cards posted on Pokemon TCG website. I decided to give it a try although I didn't plan this so this won't be like those cool action pose you see in there however you will see many like that in the future hehe. I'm fully invested now. Anyway, this is how it turned out. I used the official card border for this one since it's fits so well hehe...

Today, despite feeling tired from work, I wanted to finish this fanart drawing inspired by the NFT creature MIU—but this time, my own version as a Zing soda can! I enjoyed giving the illustration my own twist, keeping it in a "card-style" format without changing the original design's key features. I made it traditionally with colored pencils on cardstock, and I’m really happy with the result! I hope you like it too and enjoy it. Join me! 🤗" First I draw the sketch on the sheet of paper with the 4H pencil, which I use to make it easier to erase in case of any error, the beginning I always like to do it in the form of figures to get a better measure at the time of painting and for a beginner it came out quite well at the first attempt. After the main sketch I made an outline with the fine black drawing pen and then erased the pencil ones made in the first step, so that it would not interfere with the markers, a bit complex work because it had several curious details. For this illustration, I used a variety of color tones. To start, I blended Prismacolor orange, yellow, blue, and white to create the Zing soda can effect. Then, I used other Prismacolor shades like green, gray, pink and black to bring MIU to life, carefully cleaning up the edges to keep the drawing sharp and defined...

Today I'm bringing you a new collectible art. In this case, I've decided to make one of GLACIOX, the dragon-type catchable. Lately, I've realized that I haven't made any collectible art of dragon-type catchables, so to start, I've decided to do it with GLACIOX. Without further ado, I'll show you how I did it.

This time, I drew the Ocean Healer, and with summer being around, and her being the "Ocean" Healer, I thought I'd go with a summer-exclusive vibe - the infamous "beach episode". Despite having done summer-themed fan art before, I think this one captures the spirit more than others, having the right timing for the event. Anyway, that's it for today's fan art. Let me know what you think about it in the comments down below... already looking forward to your thoughts and opinions and I'll see you all in the next one... cheers~~~

Today I decided to draw one of the Holozing dragons so I decided to draw Verdarox, the Grass dragon. You know that I’m really interested in turning creatures into humans so I decided to turn this dragon into gorgeous girl. I didn’t want her to be just an ordinary girl. So I drew wings to make it look like that she has come from fairly tales. When I finished the sketch, I started the coloring process and as always I started with coloring her skin. I shaded and highlighted the skin and then worked on her facial features and dress. After that, I went on coloring her hair and wings. And added more little details to make the drawing look more realistic. In the end I worked on the background and lighting. Hope you liked it ^^

As I told you a couple of weeks ago I wanted to make a new signature with my social networks and add it at the end of each post. I also wanted to draw this version of forest healer, I love it! He really is one of my favorite characters hehe. In this version I see that her hair is longer and her clothes are a little different, these are two points that I will take into account when designing and drawing her, I had planned to create the signature also for this post but because I still don't have a new Instagram account “I've been a little lazy to create it” I will do that step much more calmly. The idea was of her writing with chalk the names of my social networks, but this time it will be only illustration, I came up with an environment where she is explaining a master plan, it has several “easter egg” that I hope you can understand hehe. I really like this character and this version is a great excuse to draw her again. Initially, I wanted her to be writing, but I think this was going to be a problem later when I wanted to use the image, so I changed it to a pose where she's finished drawing and is looking happily ahead. Now that I think about it this drawing serves me for several purposes hehe. When we finished the sketch and corrected it, we created the lineart...

I hope everyone is doing well today. In my case, I'm practicing drawing speed. These practices are very good. Also, illustrating without rough sketches, just freehand. This helps with getting used to drawing what you have in mind and quickly putting it down on paper or a surface. Anyway, today I wanted to take the male #foresthealer and make it into an old and wise version. I haven't drawn the male version for a while, but today I did, and here's the process!

Your friend Emja is back again with a new drawing for Holozing this week! In this one, I wanted to combine three characters: one of the girls (Fusion Shinaara!) and our little feathered friend on her shoulder! I made this drawing to try out a style I've seen before, but I don't know what it's called. They make really cute keychains with that style, so I wanted to give it a try to see how it would turn out, and well, the result wasn't too bad. I wanted to focus more on an adorable touch, but at the same time without over-simplifying the character. That's why I wanted it to have details, but not too many. Maybe at some point I'll try making chibis, but I'm not sure when. But this drawing was very entertaining to make and also to paint. Although, honestly, since I haven't slept much, let's just say I feel lazier to do drawings this week. But most likely, I'll sleep well on Sunday and come back with new energy. In summary, I hope you like this drawing and give it lots of support!
