Simply, I stand on the balcony of my apartment, or when I go for a walk in the evenings to exercise, also when I am coming home from work or when I am leaving for work, at any time in my life, if I am outside my home, there are clouds in the sky, sometimes the sky is clear of clouds, but when you notice and turn your eyes you can see them.

Clouds are often a great visual relaxant, they can also calm you down when you have stress, if you are in a sad situation just raise your eyes to the sky and look at the clouds in their slow but constant movement and so should be your life, appreciate the clouds and their shapes and if they have no shapes use your imagination, but enjoy them.

I enjoy clouds all the time and I do it also with my daughters, when they were younger I always looked for shapes in them and even though they are in their teens they also look for shapes and figures in the clouds.

Simplemente, me paro el balcón de mi apartamento, o cuando salgo a caminar por las tardes para hacer ejercicios, también cuando estoy llegando de mi trabajo o cuando estoy saliendo para el trabajo, en cualquier momento de mi vida, si estoy fuer a de mi hogar, allí están las nubes en el cielo, algunas veces el cielo está despejado de nubes, pero cuando te das cuenta y volteas tu mirada puede verlas.

Las nubes muchas veces suelen ser un gran relajante visual, también pueden calmarte cuando tiene estrés, si estás en una situación de tristeza solo alza tu mirada hacia el cielo y mira las nubes en su movimiento lento, pero constante y así debes ser tu vida, aprecia las nubes y sus formas y si no tienen formas usa tu imaginación, pero disfrútalas.

Yo las disfruto las nubes todo el tiempo y lo hago también con mis hijas, cuando estaban más pequeñas siempre buscaba formas en ellas y aún a pesar de que están en la adolescencia también buscan formas y figuras en las nubes.

Espero que les gusten mis nubes que también son tuyas.
