Saludos amigos en todo el mundo les deseo una feliz y excelente semana en unión de sus seres queridos; aunque parezca increíble han transcurrido quince días del mes de abril, el tiempo avanza muy rápido, cierto? en esta ocasión me uno a la iniciativa de la amiga @charjaim La clínica del rumor, cuando leí el tema recordé un juego que de niña jugábamos mucho en la escuela y con los amigos, se llama el Rumor.
Este consiste en organizar los niños en filas uno al lado del otro, luego la maestra escribe una frase en el cuaderno y se la dice en el oído al primer niño de la fila, este se la dirá al segundo niño, el segundo al tercer y así sucesivamente hasta llegar al último niño quien debe decir la frase que escucho de su compañero en voz alta, es impresionante como la frase que inició el rumor cambia totalmente, sal pasar a varias personas se va distorsionando de acuerdo a lo que entiende y escucha cada uno; este sencillo juego nos demuestra como el añadir o quitar palabras a una información tergiversa la realidad causando confusión y preocupación.

Durante la pandemia del Covid-19 viví una desagradable experiencia víctima del rumor, por medidas de seguridad y para evitar la propagación del virus solo se hacían las salidas estrictamente necesarias; nada de estar en la calle por placer o por gusto porque te podías enfermar y a su vez podías contagiar a los miembros de tu familia; en una ocasión salí al centro de la ciudad y me encontré con una amiga muy querida a quien llamará Patty, nos saludamos y conversamos un rato, terminé mis diligencias, llegué a casa y luego de cumplir con las medidas de higiene saludé a mi familia y me dispuse a cumplir mis actividades diarias.
En horas de la tarde recibí la llamada de otra amiga diciéndome que alguien le había comentado que Patty tenía Covid, al escuchar esta información tan convincente de mi amiga donde aseguraba era de una fuente confiable sentí un fuerte dolor de cabeza y casi me desmayé por la impresión; solo tenía en mi mente la imagen cuando vi a Patty en el centro y me sentía culpable de enfermar a mi familia, sobre todo a mi hijo que estaba pequeño.

Absorta en mis pensamientos no se en que momento se cortó la llamada, mi mente solo pensaba en la posibilidad de tener Covid por haber conversado con Patty y me sentía terrible porque sería la responsable de que mi familia se enfermara, estaba aterrada por la llamada de amiga, traté de calmarme y ver las cosas con claridad, luego le conté a mi esposo sobre la llamada y me dijo que me quedara tranquila, si me asustaba era peor porque las defensas del organismo bajaban y así estaría más vulnerable ante el virus.
Me calmé le pedí a Dios que me ayudara, cuidara de mi y mi familia y ocupé mi mente con la lectura, ya en la noche me sentía mucho mejor y decidí descansar colocando esta situación y el temor que me acechaba en manos de Dios; con los días resultó que Patty no tenía ningún Covid, fue falso rumor y que se propagó entre muchas personas y de hecho ella se vio muy afectada, porque varias personas evitaban acercarse a ella por miedo al virus y la acusaban de levar la enfermedad a la comunidad; hacer casos a los rumores y emitir un juicio a priori, afecta tanto a la persona que lo escucha y también de quien se habla, ambos son víctimas de especulaciones y tergiversación de la información.

At night I felt much better and decided to rest, placing this situation and the fear that stalked me in the hands of God; Over the days it turned out that Patty did not have any Covid, it was a false rumor and it spread among many people and in fact she was very affected, because several people avoided approaching her for fear of the virus and accused her of spreading the disease to her. community; Paying attention to rumors and making an a priori judgment affects both the person who hears it and also the person being talked about, both are victims of speculation and misrepresentation of information.

Amiga, comparto tu pánico con el tema del Covid, y ante un rumor como ése, era natural... yo estuve paranoica con ese tema hasta el punto de no permitir visitas de ningún tipo en mi casa. Gracias a Dios el rumor de tu amiga fue falso, pero que delicado que jueguen con esas cosas. No hay nada peor que un rumor, es algo que puede destruir la vida y la paz de muchos. Hola amiga, creo que muchos fuimos víctimas del pánico y la paranoia, varias personas por temor a contraer el virus se quedaban en casa, este tipo de rumores afecta el bienestar de quien se habla, su familia y la comunidad, incluso pueden caer en depresión, promover comentarios sin conocimiento fidedigno del mismo causan grandes daños.

Qué triste lo que le sucedió a Patty. Lamentablemente, la mayoría actúa así. Aquí en mi ciudad pasó algo parecido, pero peor. Se esparció el rumor de que una familia tenía COVID, y la gente fue a lanzar piedras a su casa. Querían que esa familia se fuera de la ciudad. Es increíble cómo los rumores pueden provocar acciones tan desmedidas.
Wow! fue una situación muy fuerte para esa familia, los rumores causan daños, es triste como muchas personas se ven afectadas por estas acciones.

En la pandemia hubo muchos casos así. Personas que por resentir de otra corrian el rumor que estaba infectada para que nadie se le acercara. Me imagino el alivio que sentiste al saber que la chica no estaba enferma.
