Saludos estimados amigos de esta hermosa comunidad, hoy nuevamente estoy participando en otra iniciativa de la comunidad de @holos-lotus propuesta por @emiliorios en su sección de séptimo día, relacionada con todo eso que aprendimos y ejecutamos durante la pandemia, que no hay duda que fueron grandes lecciones de aprendizaje muy rápido que tuvimos como consecuencia de la aparición de ese virus que dejo al mundo paralizado por lo rápido que se propagó en todo el planeta, a pesar de las ligeras restricciones iniciales.

Sin duda que esa pandemia le cambio la forma de vida a todas las personas en todo el planeta, sobre todo a nosotros los latinos que estamos acostumbrados a saludarnos efusivamente, eso fue algo que nos sacudió, pensar que veíamos un amigo y ni siquiera podíamos darle la mano y no solamente a los amigos a un familiar si no convivía con nosotros tampoco le podíamos saludar afectivamente.

Fueron muy duros esos momentos, sobre todo para los niños permanecer encerrados durante mucho tiempo, fue algo que estuvimos que ingeniárnosla de muchas formas, ya que me encontraba en Bogotá con una hoja para el momento que suspenden los vuelos al país y tuve que permanecer allí hasta el año siguiente cuando los reanudaron.

Mi hija para ese momento tenía la niña que apenas tenía dos añitos y medio y estaba acostumbrada que siempre la llevaban al parque, pero en esos momentos críticos no se podía ni siquiera asistir a un parque, entonces uno en la casa tenía que ingeniárselas para entretener a la niña y no se aburriera.

Cuando se cansaba de los juegos, un día invente que íbamos a hacer panes, entonces ella buscaba un banquillo para subirse y allí estaba junto conmigo y que, ayudándome, esa fue de las maneras que buscamos para entretenerla cuando se aburría de los juguetes, yo le preguntaba qué si quería hacer panes dulces y enseguida salía a buscar el banquillo para subirse y estar a la altura en el mesón de la cocina.

Otra fue que inventamos que íbamos a sembrar unas semillas en una maceta que estaba en casa de una mata que se había secado, y pues todo eso la animaba a ella, sobre todo cuando era realizar algo fuera de lo común.

¿Qué aprendiste tú?

Aprendí que sobre todas las cosas debemos protegernos y mantener las medidas de bioseguridad, tal como lo estipulaban las autoridades, porque allá al inicio muchas personas incrédulas o hacían caso omiso de las recomendaciones sanitarias y de bioseguridad, que la autoridad local estuvo que decretar multas a las personas que en la calle no pudieran justificar que andaban en alguna necesidad familiar.

Que, en un caso de estos, seguir los protocolos que digan los expertos es muy importante, porque en definitiva lo más importante que era preservar la salud, se tenía, entonces las demás cosas se había que manejar de la mejor manera.

¿Qué aprendió tu familia?

Toda la familia aprendió que en la unión está la fuerza y se pudo sobrellevar esa contingencia de casi dos años con mucha unión y mucha comprensión, sobre todo para esos momentos que la niña parecía que pedía a gritos poder salir a un parque y compartir con otros niños, para los niños es muy fuerte un encierro como el que vivimos.

Aprendimos a ver películas que nos gustara a todos y de esa forma pasar momentos un poco diferentes, compartíamos muchas veces con la niña sus películas infantiles, menos mal que algunas les gustaba y quería volverlas a ver, de lo contrario las habría agotado.

Hoy podemos dar gracias a Dios que esa pesadilla prácticamente paso, aunque sabemos que ese virus anda por allí, incluso se habla de una variante COVID-Ómicron XBB, todas formas hay que estar pendientes con eso, como dicen llegó para quedarse.
Quiero aprovechar la oportunidad de invitar a dos Hivers a participar en esta iniciativa @carisma77 y @laabuelita, para que de esta manera se integren con más fuerza a la plataforma.

Undoubtedly that pandemic changed the way of life of all people around the planet, especially us Latinos who are used to greet each other effusively, that was something that shook us, to think that we saw a friend and we could not even shake his hand and not only to friends, but also to a relative if he did not live with us, we could not greet him affectionately.

Those moments were very hard, especially for the children to stay locked up for a long time, it was something that we had to manage in many ways, since I was in Bogota with a sheet for the moment that the flights to the country were suspended and I had to stay there until the following year when they resumed them.

At that time my daughter's daughter was only two and a half years old and she was used to always being taken to the park, but in those critical moments it was not even possible to go to a park, so one at home had to find a way to entertain the child so she would not get bored.

When she got tired of the games, one day I invented that we were going to make bread, then she would look for a stool to climb on and there she would be with me, helping me, that was one of the ways we tried to entertain her when she got bored with the toys, I would ask her if she wanted to make sweet breads and she would immediately go out to look for the stool to climb on and be at the kitchen counter.

Another one was that we invented that we were going to sow some seeds in a pot that was at home from a bush that had dried up, and all that cheered her up, especially when it was to do something out of the ordinary.

What did you learn?

I learned that above all things we must protect ourselves and maintain biosecurity measures, as stipulated by the authorities, because at the beginning many people were incredulous or disregarded the health and biosecurity recommendations, that the local authority had to decree fines for people who could not justify that they were in the street because they were in some family need.

That, in a case like this, following the protocols that the experts say is very important, because in the end the most important thing, which was to preserve health, was there, then the other things had to be handled in the best way.

What did your family learn?

The whole family learned that there is strength in unity and we were able to overcome this contingency of almost two years with a lot of unity and understanding, especially for those moments when the child seemed to be screaming to go out to a park and share with other children, for children a confinement like the one we lived through is very strong.

We learned to watch movies that we all liked and thus spend a little different moments, we shared many times with the girl her children's movies, thank goodness that some of them liked and wanted to see them again, otherwise she would have exhausted them.

Today we can thank God that this nightmare is practically over, although we know that this virus is still around, there is even talk of a COVID-Omicron XBB variant, anyway we must be aware of it, as they say, it is here to stay.
