El ejercicio más que todo en casa es algo que est en mi lista del 2023 ya que me hace mucha falta tanto para mi cuerpo y además ayuda con el estrés, el año pasado fui muy descuidado con mi cuerpo y este año pienso cambiar eso y los ejercicios me ayudarán mucho para eso
