Hi @minismallholding, when I read your reflective post I felt that these words were wise advice of overcoming my own person, everyone has had their sorrows, but growing up in a family that undermines more than supports costs a lot, however without realizing it they made me strong before life to overcome every obstacle that has been born, In this way I learned to love myself and accept myself for who I am and what I am, I learned to forgive their actions and words, although this does not mean forgetting them, it is hard work, but in the middle of the process what I learned to do is to forgive myself because I was not to blame for what they carried on my back.
