Hola hijitos de #hive cómo recibieron ese año nuevo, espero que todos estén bien, yo la pasé maravillosamente bien en compañía de mi familia, todos reunidos para recibir el año nuevo juntos.
Desde bien temprano iniciamos las labores en la cocina, preparamos el guiso el día anterior para ganar tiempo y no estar en la cocina hasta bien tarde de la noche, luego en la mañana terminamos lo que nos faltaba, limpiamos las hojas, picamos el pimentón y la cebolla, también preparamos la ensalada, y ya al tener todo listo, nos sentamos a armar las hallacas, y Lupita quería estar metida en todo, quería picar, quería colocar las pastas y las aceitunas, así que decidimos dejarla participar también, pero después de un rato como todo niño al fin se fastidio y se fue a jugar, lo que debo decir es que nos encanta dejar que la niña participe de las actividades para que se sienta la unión y se transmitan las tradiciones.
Luego ya en la noche cuando todo estuvo listo nos sentamos en la mesa y pudimos disfrutar de una deliciosa cena navideña, preparada por nosotros mismos, durante la cena conversamos un poco de lo duro que fue este año para algunos, aunque gracias a Dios en nuestro hogar jamás faltó la comida, y eso lo agradecemos enormemente, un momento que me encantó fue que cuando ya íbamos a comer Lupita nos regaño a todos porque no hicimos una oración de agradecimiento.
Ella tomó la iniciativa e hizo una oración hermosa que nos hizo llorar, pidió por los niños que no tienen comida, pidió que Dios le de salud a la abuelita Valle, pidió que el bebé que está por nacer venga con bien, y pidió por su hermano que no pudo estar con nosotros ya que está en la escuela militar, simplemente está niña cada día nos sorprende por lo madura que es, por lo humana y sobretodo porque siempre está al pendiente de todos.
Al terminar la cena, nos sentamos en la puerta de la casa a esperar la entrada del año nuevo, todos reunidos, conversando, con la música bien bajita, ya que no nos gusta a todo volumen, pero eso sí, la radio sintonizada en radio 2000 una emisora local con la que acostumbramos a recibir el año, todos los años, ya faltando cinco para las doce, escuchamos la típica canción de faltan cinco pa las doce, que no puede faltar en ningún fin de año, esto es casi que una tradición obligada en mi hogar, luego todos atentos a la radio al conteo regresivo, y todos en coro gritamos: 9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 Feliz año, y nos fundimos en un abrazo, todos emocionados.
Todo fue bien hermoso sacando los cohetes con los que no estoy de acuerdo ya que afectan a los pobres animalitos de la calle, por eso no dejo que en mi casa los compré nadie, pienso que se puede disfrutar sin eso, y así evitamos hacer daño, a quien no tiene quien los defienda.
Luego seguimos sentados un rato más y a eso de las dos de la mañana nos retiramos a descansar, ya que mi familia no es de amanecer, pero igual disfrutamos a nuestra manera, fotos y más fotos eso sí no puede faltar ah bueno y dos estrellitas que encendieron para que Lupita y su primita Juanita vieran como son, pero les tuvieron miedo y los adultos fue que las tuvieron en sus manos, y así fue mejor.
Yo disfruté bastante de este fin de año, y de todas mis navidades, agradezco a mi Dios porque no faltó comida, porque estábamos todos reunidos, en armonía y sobre todo por qué estamos vivos y con salud, a todos ustedes que me apoyaron muchas gracias por todo, este año venimos por mucho más.

<We prepared the stew the day before to save time and not be in the kitchen until late at night, then in the morning we finished what we were missing, we cleaned the leaves, chopped the paprika and onion, we also prepared the salad, and once we had everything ready, we sat down to assemble the hallacas, and Lupita wanted to be involved in everything, she wanted to chop, she wanted to place the pasta and olives, so we decided to let her participate too, but after a while like any child she finally got annoyed and went to play, what I must say is that we love to let the child participate in the activities so that the union is felt and the traditions are transmitted.
Later in the evening when everything was ready we sat at the table and enjoyed a delicious Christmas dinner, prepared by ourselves, during dinner we talked a little about how hard it was this year for some, but thank God in our home never lacked food, and we are very grateful for that, a moment that I loved was that when we were about to eat Lupita scolded us all because we did not do a prayer of thanksgiving.
She took the initiative and made a beautiful prayer that made us cry, she asked for the children who have no food, she asked God to give health to grandma Valle, she asked that the baby that is about to be born comes well, and she asked for her brother who could not be with us because he is in military school, simply this girl surprises us every day for how mature she is, for how human and above all because she is always attentive to everyone.
After dinner, we sat at the door of the house to wait for the New Year to come in, all together, talking, with the music very low, as we don't like it loud, but the radio tuned to radio 2000, a local radio station with which we are used to welcome the year, every year, with five to twelve o'clock, we listen to the typical song "faltan cinco pa las doce" (five to twelve o'clock), which cannot be missed at any New Year's Eve, this is almost an obligatory tradition in my home, then everyone listens to the radio counting down, and we all shout in chorus: 9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 Happy New Year, and we melt into a hug, all excited.
Everything went well, except for the rockets, which I don't agree with because they affect the poor little animals in the street, that's why I don't let anyone buy them in my house, I think you can enjoy yourself without them, and that way we avoid hurting those who have no one to defend them.
Then we continued sitting for a while longer and at about two in the morning we retired to rest, as my family is not dawn, but we still enjoyed our way, photos and more photos that can not miss ah well and two stars that lit for Lupita and her cousin Juanita to see how they are, but they were afraid and adults was that they had them in their hands, and so it was better.
I enjoyed this end of the year, and all my Christmases, I thank my God because there was no lack of food, because we were all together, in harmony and above all because we are alive and healthy, to all of you who supported me thank you very much for everything, this year we come for much more.
