Hola hola amigos de esta hermosa comunidad, me es muy agradable hacer este post porque me identifico personalmente en mi diario vivir, ya que muchas ocasiones nos afanamos por diferentes situaciones del día a día, y es donde deseamos escapar o saltar el día, cuando pensamos en que vamos a comer, en el pago de los servicios, en la salud o simplemente vemos que todo es una monotonía o costumbre, entre otras cosas, pero lo cierto es que hay que resolver y seguir adelante, cuando me llegan estos días o me siento que no puedo seguir con tanto afán, lo cual produce un cansancio en mi mente y cuerpo, me detengo unos minutos y respiro profundo para enfocarme en que debo hacer.

Implemento cuatro técnicas para drenar, reiniciarme y tener paz.

1.Buscar la dirección de Dios y tener un tiempo a solas con El, aunque no le pueda ver físicamente, le puedo sentir en la brisa, en la lluvia, en la naturaleza, en cualquier momento le puedo hablar y contar todo lo que me esta pasando y como me siento, reconociendo su grandeza y recordando palabras de promesas positivas tales como estas: Que el no pone cargas en nosotros que no podamos soportar, ya que Dios ha prometido estar con nosotros todos los días hasta el fin del mundo, El es nuestro pastor y nada nos faltara, Si las aves del campo tienen para comer cuanto mas nosotros sus hijos.

2.Tomarme un tiempo en revisar mi jardín, echarle agua a las plantas y aun hablar con ellas, parece loco para mucha gente pero reconozco que las plantas tienen vida y me transmiten energía positiva a mi vida, lo cual renueva mis fuerzas y ganas de vivir, desaparece mi cansancio.

3.Implemento el juego con mis mascotas (perro, loro, chivo, ovejo, un toro y pollitos) lo cual me permite ver lo hermosos que son y interactuar entre bañarlos, darle su comida, su vitamina y mostrarle que son parte de la familia.

4.Dedicarme un tiempo en estar sola, despejar la mente en la naturaleza, como ir a un parque, una plaza, correr bicicleta y simplemente encontrarme conmigo misma para retomar fuerzas, ganas de seguir adelante y enfrentar los obstáculos con la ayuda de Dios, teniendo paz interior lo cual no tiene precio alguno, porque cuando estamos en Paz nos sentimos feliz, y podemos dormir tranquilos.

Por lo cual todo lo que dependa a nosotros estar en paz con todos, amando a nuestro prójimo y siendo feliz.

Es por lo que te recomiendo querido amigo que te enfoques en lo interno ya que si estas bien contigo mismo, lo externo se dará mucho mas fácil. Enfocate en la armonía con tu cuerpo, mente y alma eso te ayudara a cambiar tu actitud interior y veras buenos resultados en lo exterior.

Deja de generar culpa por como eres, por donde estas, así por otras razones y amate tal cual eres porque eres valioso, elige tener Paz por encima de cualquier cosa, con todo lo que te rodea lo cual te dará equilibrio emocional, juega, ríe, baila, canta, ejercitarte, ten citas contigo mismo, hazte tu prioridad, enfocate en tener tu cuerpo relajado, conscientes, sal de la rutina y monotonía.

I implement four techniques to drain, reset and have peace.

1.Seek God's direction and have time alone with Him, even if I cannot see Him physically, I can feel Him in the breeze, in the rain, in nature, at any time I can talk to Him and tell Him everything that is happening to me and how I feel, recognizing His greatness and remembering words of positive promises such as these: That He does not put burdens on us that we cannot bear, for God has promised to be with us every day until the end of the world, He is our shepherd and we shall not want for anything, If the birds of the field have enough to eat how much more we His children.

2.I take time to check my garden, water the plants and even talk to them, it seems crazy to many people but I recognize that plants have life and transmit positive energy to my life, which renews my strength and will to live, my tiredness disappears.

3.I implement play with my pets (dog, parrot, goat, sheep, a bull and chicks) which allows me to see how beautiful they are and interact between bathing them, giving them their food, their vitamin and show them that they are part of the family.

4.To dedicate some time to be alone, to clear my mind in nature, like going to a park, a square, cycling and simply meeting with myself to regain strength, desire to move forward and face the obstacles with the help of God, having inner peace which is priceless, because when we are at peace we feel happy, and we can sleep peacefully.

So everything depends on us to be at peace with everyone, loving our neighbor and being happy.

That is why I recommend you dear friend that you focus on the internal because if you are well with yourself, the external will be much easier. Focus on harmony with your body, mind and soul that will help you to change your inner attitude and you will see good results on the outside.

Stop generating guilt for how you are, for where you are, for other reasons and love yourself as you are because you are valuable, choose to have Peace above anything else, with everything around you which will give you emotional balance, play, laugh, dance, sing, exercise, have appointments with yourself, make yourself your priority, focus on having your body relaxed, conscious, get out of the routine and monotony.
